Put this in the RC/RTTC thread but figured I get a response here

Any specific strategies you guys utilize for RTTC? Lineup construction, time management etc...I work atleast 40 hours a week, have a family and prefer 7 hours of sleep lol is there any realistic chance to complete a RTTC without paying? Unfamiliar with the game mode. Thanks for any pointers!

To be brutally honest the answer is no. If it's set up similar to last yr I believe it was worked out that if you HS through the first like 4 or 5 sets you can then get 7.5 hours of sleep through the whole duration of the event and get to the finish for free. If you want more sleep then you'll not only need to pay for HS; but, also pay for GN.

**edit and what is stated above requires you to win 100% at +7 iirc. If you have to play the higher levels at +3 or +5 or even lose your way then the above will not apply. SmartForce had a huge thread regarding this from last yrs app.

This yr is also 1 set longer. Last yr was C, UC, R, SR, UR, E, L, S, Great (9).
This yr is R, R, SR, SR, UR, UR, E, E, L, MVP/RC (10) with the second of each of those prolly foil versions.

One thing I noticed about playing quick games in legendary++ tier. I see guys who have played a ridiculous amount of games, have at least 3 leg pro's and usually 1 legendary or 1 epic pro, but their final card is some UC, UR, or SR card. It makes me laugh, any reason behind this?

Im one of them. Im using sr kevin garnett cause theres no primetime kg card yet. (Havnt drafted the mvp yet)

We really don't know yet. But chances are very slim. If possible though, you can guarantee the following:

1. Hotstreaks will be required for almost every game.
2. You can have 7 hours of sleep every night, but not in one continuous session. You'll have to wake at least a couple times and burn the free game nights that accumulate.
3. You will have to sneak in games all throughout the day so free game nights don't go to waste. You might even have to learn to play the game holding your phone in your coat pocket.
4. If Shaq is your goal, unless you have at least 12 Leg pros, all of the above doesn't matter. You'll never make it to the end as a free player.

A game night is what CD uses to regulate how many games you can play in the event without paying. Similar to games like Candy Crush.

You start with a full set of five game nights. Every time you play an RTTC game, it burns one game night.

Every 15 minutes, you earn another game night for free. But you have a max limit of five. That's why #2 and #3 are in there. Once you have accumulated the max 5, every 15 minutes you are wasting a free game night. To get the most for free, you start having to be creative in order to sneak games in so the meter never stays full for too long.
