How are you proing them? WC or AH? Lillard or Hardaway would be cheaper on AH than Melo.

If you pro an auctionable card, I'd pick the one with the best spec and preferably two slots. That will give a little better resale value later.

Lol. Same here. Wondering how many WC I may have missed because I chose the reset card too fast. Finally pulled my second WC earlier today, brings it to 1 every 3.5k games.

I wonder how many WC I've missed because I've chosen to use my energy cards for seasons rather than paying the 100 RP and always having 40/40.

If you are proing out of position, just go with the cheapest one you can find like Elite said, whether it is Melo/Hardaway/Lillard since you only need one. Most likely Tim or Dam. If they are non auctionable anyways, I would lean towards West /Butler like you said so they can be in position. West is better since he has the best overall stats for a regular leg and he is dual position so he can be moved around in RTTC.

How much RP do you have?

I am saving Star contracts for something very special...probably the final tier. I don't trust that CD won't come out with a special WC for later tiers. I have some I'm saving, but I'm not putting all my eggs in that basket.

If I were you, I would stalk AH for the lowest-priced dupe I could get and pro that. I was in a very similar situation just a few days ago. I didn't snag dupes though as I was able to get 2 Leg pros for about 156k combined.

You should be able to get a dupe on AH for one of those cards for under 40k. Use one WC. Save that Star contract more than the WC. Right now the are equal, but the star contract will always have the same worth no matter what CD tries later.

Are there any tips to getting in an easier season?

I can't confirm anything yet -- I'll be testing remainder of Leg tier seasons over next 4-8 weeks (another 5-10 seasons!) before Star tier drops.

Last three Leg seasons, I've finished in Final Four (missing out on MVP) with 5-8 humans. Each time, I bumped into WHALES (pro'd event/Skybox/foil MVPs with Legendary enhancements) when I ran a lineup with 13+ fully trained Leg Pros. I can now assume there's some match-making algorithm (dependent on season starts) for seasons based on lineup strength.

This current season, I'm in a season with about 6 humans that includes one tank. Me and this tank seem to be only ones without Epic Pros. As I'm now in prep mode for Star tier, I'm beginning to sell off some auctionable Leg Pros. So for this season, I entered with 12 fully trained Leg Pros and 3 partially trained Leg Pros (in 5-11 level range), and was matched in a manageable season. Can't totally confirm anything yet as I started this season in middle of RTTC a bit after midnight US PST. And that tank that looks like a Whale with 15+ "flashy" leg pros that probably aren't all fully trained as explanation to being in same season as me.

With 4 sellable Leg Pros in season, and 3 more on RTTC bench, I'll continue to tinker around with basically my #10-15 season spots with partially trained Leg Pros and fully trained Epic Pros. Yes, there are way more users at lower end of Leg seasons, but with timing luck and lineup tinkering, you can make seasons "more easier."
