So these card tiers don't actual reflect their real life performance anymore? Beal is an above average player at best and OPJ is a good kid but def not epic. I'd rather have a legendary Brian Scalabrine at PF than these trash.

The White Mamba as a mere legendary? He needs to be in his own separate tier. Maybe have that tier named after him.

They need to do an RTTC (RTTWB) for Scalabrine, where at each tier you face Scalabrine at a different position (I think Scalabrine at PG is my favorite card), at the end of the event you'd win a lineup filled with White Mambas. After pro'ing your lineup is when you unlock a special black market where you can buy a Diamond Scalabrine card with infinity charges at a discounted price of 1,000,000 RP.

keep in mind they base their ratings on nba 2k16.
Beal's dynamic rating is 83, porter is 75, both improved a lot this season.

sometimes you will still get brainfarts like star swaggy P

edit: in nba 2k16 theres an amethyst scalabrine, 90 rating => better than regular westbrook

yeah i'm gonna get those feels with whoever they pair up the Hornets against (assuming they do that sometime this season).

Never really thought of the Bullets/Wizards and Jazz as rivals. Any stories out there?

Nah Beal is a lot better than just above average

I disagree. A lot better than above average? So he's great... an allstar? A career average of 15 ppg up till this year with .420 FG% for a score first shooting guard is pretty average to me. He's off to a good start this year, but I wouldn't say he's a top 25 player.

I'd have to disagree with you on that one wall is good or great too but beal that's the go to guy just watch the games. As far as the numbers its a wash to me its his what 3rd year ? Usually you get progressively better just like by year 3 you'd expect a qb to show and prove beal is no less then epic you can't put beal and robin Lopez in the same category which is ultra rare. Also look at who he plays with john wall gets his shots up too last year Paul pierce all these things affect things you wouldn't think of injuries as well so numbers don't always paint the whole picture he may not be a legend but he's definitely no less then epic at worst . but I think legendary fits for now

Looking at current 2015-16 stats, Beal and Porter have both made mini-leaps from last year (and may have gotten to those tiers anyway via mid-season update). So unless CD went with retro players, they're trying to appease the current Wiz fanbase.

As for Jazz, looks like Karl Malone is a lock for a draftable Star Tier card with Dantley getting the new Leg.

NWGD just sent some tweets out regarding this "Rivalry". They probably should rename the event to something else as they're trying to match-up fanbases (and top cards ala Davis v. Iguodala) where both teams have a chance to win (rather than a 2+ million game blowout). The HOU/DEN match-up last RC was one of the closer ones in a while.

The Hornets will probably be matched up with a smaller market team like the Bucks or T'Wolves, or maybe even Hawks/Magic in division where both teams theoretically are even in popularity. With Kemba being current best player, CD may/should go with Larry Johnson or Alonzo Mourning as RC card to make sure people spend that $$ on hot streaks (and possible card in Skybox).
