dont even waste your with this game.
they banned my account for violating the rules(cheating) just because I was playing too much. that's my only guess bc I didnt violate any rule and the support is not giving further information.
that means: they just ban accounts GUESSING who might be cheating. what a ridiculous company

We do not ban accounts lightly. We certainly do not guess as to which accounts to ban. We will ban accounts that have broken the EULA/TOS. Typical causes are players attempting to cheat by botting/scripting (I.e. The game is played without you tapping on it), speed hacking (attempting to accelerate the game play animations to play faster than is normally possible), or attempting to use app crackers and try to alter the game experience or acquire free currency. We prevent these things from happening in most cases and can detect when you try them. If you don't want to get banned then don't even try to cheat or your account will be in jeopardy. It is simple, don't try to cheat and you will not be banned.

We will not tell the specific details of how we detect accounts that are cheating since hackers will simply use that in an attempt to get around our tech. This does cause the problem of not being able to give out specifics, but we must do it in order to protect the integrity of the play experience for those that are not cheating.

Man, half of this game is tapping, and the other half is waiting on maintenance.

On a bright note, I finally got my first RttC card. And it was an off/pm spec! Woohoo! Best card in the game!

And on an even better note, RttC seems to increase drop rates for whatever reason. The last time I pulled a WC was the first week or so. That is, until last RttC when I pulled two! Plus three legs! This RttC, I pulled one WC and three legs. And I play more games during RC than RttC, so it's not about just pulling more cards in general. Could still be a coincidence, but it's pretty cool so far.

Hi, I have been one of the many that has always maintained a high standard of integrity when playing this game but yet got my account locked because I was accused of cheating. I have never cheated nor used any bots or hacks in any kind of way. My phone does have a fast processor and passes through the animations quickly, but that in itself is not cheating...is it? Why are some of us punished for having fast processors on our phones? Especially those that have invested vast amounts of money into this game only to have their account locked due to the suspicion of cheating. I'm at the point that I am paranoid to even tap my phone during the animations due to the possibility of having my account locked again because I'm essentially going too fast. I wish you guys would at least provide the proof or findings when our account does get locked..into the reasoning of why it was locked and what determined for the account to be locked instead of a generic answer. I say this, as a warning, with so many users putting money into this game, sometime down the line, someone will find a loop hole and possibly take legal action. I love this game, and it sucks that I can't enjoy it as much with the fear of my account getting banned...I mean how can I be accused of speed hacking when I've only finished in RCs in the 300-500s and only played less than 6k games...

Sorry for the rant, but it erks me and others that we get accused for something we did not do without any proof.
