I think we all prefer variety. The problem is that the only way you can PRO these cards is to either buy rookie packs for real cash/credits. Or use wildcards. And since we know they are just milking this to get some money before star is released, it's hard to justify.

On the other side, if you don't get and pro this LBJ you're gonna be way behind for seasons.

The real crux of it is, why are you still playing seasons for rewards that aren't even greater than the cards you're playing with? What the conundrum.

That's how I feel right now. What's the point of buy RS packs or winning seasons when you get 4 cards pretty easily every 2 weeks that are better than those rewards. I rather they go back to the old format.

Not gonna grind this RTTC I'll just play with no HS because I'm pretty sure they'll release Star tier within this month or early Feburary.

That's how I feel right now. What's the point of buy RS packs or winning seasons when you get 4 cards pretty easily every 2 weeks that are better than those rewards. I rather they go back to the old format.

At a certain point I feel seasons are completely useless. Especially for tanks with stacked decks and uber RttC lineups. At what point do you leave those rewards for people who can actually make good use of them? You already have 10 to 15 RC/RS/MVP pros and you're set for the next tier. Plus it's not like you can auction season rewards, so why really are you still playing?

I don't know why anybody is under the incorrect assumption that pay we to own cards in this game, or that we buy "commodities" in RS packs et al.

The app functions as a service, not a marketplace to "buy" "goods" to "own". We pay to rent the ability to use cards for a limited time.

CD made that clear when they announced 2k15 servers would shut down indefinitely at some point. I don't know if 2k14 servers are still up or not, but conceivably they'll go down at some point, too.

Don't treat it like an expiry date on food. Once the app server is gone, the your ability to use the cards is gone.

if you have 5-10 top legendary cards then I'm not too sure if its worth it since the main appeal of these RC/RTTC/etc cards are for star season bottom row.

I could definitely use those legendary cards in my lineup, but the issue for me is that I have to waste 2 wildcards to make them useful. So why would I use those valuable wildcards now when I can save them for Star cards that are right around the corner?
