I haven't been pulling em that frequently but I've pulled quite a few this RTTC. That being said, I still empathize with those that are upset.

QG Tier: Legendary++

I have not pulled ONE vet contract this RTTC and I just finished Bird. I only have 10 left after quick sold mine earlier this week. Now I'm afraid to even pro the new RTTC legs. I highly doubt they raised the drop rate back up like Danan claimed they did, if they did, it wasn't much.

I am also pretty sure they have NO IDEA what the ideal drop rate should be for vet contracts before the SC debacle. If they did, they wouldn't have to raise it back up after they "fixed" the glitch. The fact that they are still toying with the drop rate clearly tells us they don't know what the drop rate should be, but they want to cover their asses and not hand out too many SC's for free.

Tbh I think it was perfectly fine before they touched it I mean I don't exactly think vet contracts should be something we should struggle to get. I mean in previous games all you'd ever need is one dupe of the card and even with a vet contract we need two so they're trying to make them look far more valuable than they should be. It's funny how they changed the proing system and then hid star contracts behind a pay wall. Only recently did they give us the chance to get some just from playing but then of course they realised they couldn't let that go on so of course vet contracts were broken from the start.... Tbh I've never seen a company that's so desperate to make it a bad experience for players in any way they can. I understand they need to make money I think everyone does but this is really not the right way to go about things and with how many people actually like this game they could easily make a lot of money without acting like this.

I disagree, the amount of Vet contracts people were drafting basically made the rookie contracts useless, therefore the two possible ways to fix this:
1) Lower the Veteran drop rate
2) Completely remove Rookie Contracts from the game
From a design standpoint it is much easier to lower a drop rate than remove a feature from a game
However, they definitely could have told us if they were going to lower the drop rates...

Rookie contracts should be useless I mean needing 3 of the same card is bad enough but 4 is way over the top.

2. There is absolutely no point of nerfing the drop rate now. You are making the game unbalanced by drastically changing the rate of a commodity half way through the game. You already have people hoarding hundreds of vet contracts. All you are hurting is the people who are starting the game late, which further increases the disparity even more. - obviously CD did not consider this when they tried to silently change this and cover the losses.

However, arguing the first point, not all people that play the game are at a level that requires 2 wild cards to pro event cards, especially during RC events.
I agree it is disappointing that they changed the drop rate now, but if the drop rate had been lower at the beginning (as was probably the original idea) we wouldn't be complaining now.

i see a lot of people trying to say that wild cards now drop at the same rate as vet contracts. i'll add to what i've seen from others that i've gotten multiple vet contracts so far in RTTC. Certainly more often than Wild Cards, which I have never had drop from a QG.

I also noticed that some boards have only 1extras slot now. I am pretty sure Danan have said boards should have 2 extras card. Now it just seems like you don't get anything cool besides training fodders, and made it al lot harder to draft vet contracts and WC
