I do not understand the matchmaking of this RC.

I've been trying to get my LU to win consistently +5 but it does not matter that you do, if I put a LU with 2 common cards to win easier, his LU is more powerfull that if I put my best cards.

The last game my LU was Ricky Rubio Star PRO (level 4), Ben Wallace Star PRO (fully trained), 1 Leg PRO (fully trained) and 2 commons.... about 24,500 points in total and his LU was 2 Star PRO and 3 Leg PRO trained and charged with about 40,000 point in total. More or less 15,000 points difference between LU´s

I think the matchmaking is not based solely on the power of your LU, it also considers the power of your card individually

What do you think?

Double commons has never worked in this year's game. Its actually considered "cheating", so Im guessing they put some kind detection where if you do that they give you unbeatable match ups.

If you wonder how its "cheating", Idk but someone tweeted NWGD awhile back about this. He was using 3 Leg Pros + 2 commons, & NWGD told him to "Stop trying to cheat the matchmaking system."

Cheating?? That is absurd. I just try to find weaker opponents, cheating is people with more than 15.000 points right now doing his points constantly hour by hour, day or night, during 3 days......but ok I have better cards of course.

And yes, I have drafted my 3rd Star today and I have 3 Star PRO and many Leg PRO, in fact, I prefer stay in the best tier I can go +5

Using your logic of averages. Minimum is 1. Maximum is let's assume 450 on star+. That's an average of 225. Not that far off is it?

Actually, no. The max reset we've seen on this board is in the high 200's, and that's through hundreds, if not thousands, of trials. The average is probably around the 150. So if you friend has a reset of 450 boards, that's almost 200 more than the highest we've seen, and that's definitely an outlier. So it could be the case that he wasn't telling the truth, he got some support reset but didn't noticed, or the fact the he bumped down a level when switching QG lineups and didn't notice. Until we have someone who could also claim that he reach that amount of boards before a reset, no one would buy the 450 board story.

Yea that's roughly how the math is done, for every guy who gets a reset around 250 boards, there is a guy who gets 2 resets within 10 boards or 3 resets in 20 boards.

And I've been on both sides myself already for this tier lol.

How far into Leg are you with that LU?
You might be able to stay in the same tier if you swap the Leg pro for a UR pro

im in the first half of leg ++ so I might be able to stay within leg. I need to get a second UR pro. I haven't gotten lucky on them yet and I would prefer not to have to buy one off of AH. One more tyson and I will be good.

oh man RC has turned into a killing field tonight. Just lost 15 straight +5 games to charged line ups and event cards. Seriously, everyone I run into has both in spades.

How in the world are people getting all of these charges to put on their cards all the time? You only get approx 2 charges per game and would need to expend at least 5 charges each QG. Even if you banked up in RTTC, you should have expended those charges by now assuming you're pushing for RC.

so annoying. I switched back to a vanilla 5 regular legendary pro line up and at least am back on the winning track. relatively speaking.

I only had 3 star pros (Freebie, Billups, Reset) and the rest leg event cards. The person I faced in the finals had 2 star pros and rttc event cards.

Really it could have gone either way, but somehow I won 4 straight. Got lucky with matchups and nonsensical season scoring.
