Hi guys! I've played about 9000 games, participated in some seasons (won two of them :-D) and I have some questions for you:
1. Is it best to play a season with your best 15 players no matter what their positions are or with your best 15 in their correct positions??
2. Is it best to play quick games with five beast players or with three of your best and two garbage cards??
3. About how many points you have to earn to win a single pro legend in RC?? My best is 11800, position 138, won single legend Robinson in Houston-San Antonio RC...

1. Depends how often you can re-energize/how many energy cards you have. I personally put players in the correct positions so I dont have to worry about using energies very often.

2. Depends how beast your players are (If its 5 legendary pro's then obviously use them). If it's 5 rare/epic pro's I think you're better off with 2 commons and 3 rare/epic. I've played almost 1000 QG's since last rivals with the 3 rare-2 common strategy and haven't lost yet so it works real well.

3. Not sure exactly. Don't only positions 1-10 get a legendary pro?

AFAIK you would have needed around 35k to finish that high for the last few events. It will probably be lower this time though as it seems a lot of the power players are getting burnt out.

Well, back home after being on a trip for the past week. I rode a few trains and during this rides I played quick games. I came from a pretty long epic drought and I thought I would land at least an epic during this trip. Nope.

+10k picks without drafting an epic or a legend. Fun game... real fun

EDIT: on this event I'm going to go for Melo. I'm not sure if I'll compete for top50, it depends where I stand after a few days. Don't really need Ewing since I have pro Robinson, Horford, and Reed. But I guess if I'm in position to reach top125 and/or top50 I'll go for it. It seems it'll be a piece of cake compared to the last two Rivalry events.

Yea I have gotten 2 rare players, and the rest rare support/energies since the last rivals event. I've decided I'm done with qg. It's not worth any time at all when you're pulling (useless) epics once every 2,000 picks. What's the point? I'd rather just get a legendary every two weeks until my team can possibly compete with the "level" playing field of season mode.

Speaking from the stand point of having 8 legends and 8 epic pros, I still get put in seasons with people 500-2000 better stats 3/4 maybe 4/5 seasons. There is no level playing field. I think season mode is just there to give people who don't really need epics epics. It is a carrot on a stick. Even spending money and landing a legendary that isn't a duplicate is meh....

Winning a season and getting a duplicate epic, would only marginally increase my deck at this point. So the only way to improve a deck at the ~3500+ per category stage is rivals, draft board luck, $$$$$$$ or some combo of the three. Even with rivals it's a chore getting in the top 50 much less top 25. I struggle to find time to get a legendary.

I will wake up approximately 6 hours after the event starts and will play for a while. I will simply go with which ever team has the lead at that time. Since we STILL can't see the Rivals Cards stats I am quickly losing interest.

Why would that matter? The stats will probably be inflated to get people to spend more money and then will get a lower readjusted version as a prize. They did it the last 2 events and will keep doing it until we make a big deal about it. The most rival MJ card was good but severely nerfed.

Because for someone with my LU I need to know the stats to choose a team. Since that will not happen I will just side with the team most likely to win. I strongly feel that the Knicks will take this one but we will see. It also matters because the Rivals Pro Duncan I have is useless.

Hmm... I think positions 51-125 get a legendary pro too... And one more thing: how on earth do some guys have so many legends and epic pros with only a few qgames?? Do I have to spend a fortune for this game?? lol

Rank 51-125 will only give you the Rivals card. You have to be top 25 to get a legendary pro.

to all who win more than 90% of your games how do you do it? I win about 75% w/pro Pippen Jordan Duncan all from rival clash then I have two crappy cards
