i think we all agree... CD messed this up.
1. Having the 'exploit' run for the length of time it did (it never should have run at all).
2. Absolutely no response / feedback for 3 days (horrible customer service).
3. Calling it an 'exploit' when in fact it is their very own bug / mistake (exploits are different than true bugs)
4. Not owning up to their mistake and not even apologizing for it (look at the tumblr. no apology.. no doubt for legal purposes)
5. Punishing players for their own mistake (as others said, if they can take away, they can surely give back)
6. no form of compensation (RP?) for the cascading effects of the exploit (unfair seasons, unfair RC QG, drop in AH card prices, etc)
no analogies needed for this one
