My bad. I should've clarified that I'm on my second account. So while my current team may be at a point where it benefits from a single epic, I have in fact been playing for a while. Far more than 2000 games.

Metta you are definite right about seasons , everyone here agrees , that's y I said I rather wait 24 hours for a fair season , just sounded like you haven't played much when you said iggy improved your team , maybe you have played over 10k games and have the worst luck ever , but after 5k-7k games don't know anyone besides you that doesn't have 20 better players than a single epic

I feel you. But like I said, it's my second team so it's still in an early stage of development. I ditched my first team after 4200-something games because I incorrectly trained some good cards and got pissed lol. Now I'm at about 4500-something on my current team. I think I have a right to complain about a thing two.

What gets me with matchmaking is the rush to get a season going in 1 hour , why? I much rather wait 2, 5, 10, 20 hours to get matched up fairly , I know there will be people that complain , which I don't understand , but would you rather wait 1 hour and waste 4 days , or wait 10 hours an have a competitive season with a shot at winning if you "take care " of your lineup.

It shouldn't take more than 2 hours to get a decent season. Anything more than that and its just pure silliness to put people together. Some people have to understand sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you. I'd be hacked if I had to wait more than a couple hours to end up in a season I had no hope of winning or a season I knew I couldn't lose in.

The only problem with epic packs as rewards from CD's perspective is that you're earning $40 simply from winning a season.

This is true. However, it may entice people to go buy more in the hopes of pairing up that legend or epics they just got.

Is it realistic to expect them to give away an epic pack as a reward? I imagine epic packs as their biggest source of revenue from this game. And if they were made season rewards, that has to cut into their largest revenue stream. And all it really does is delay the same issue from happening again. Once enough people receive epic packs then they'll complain that they should receive legendary players as a reward for winning the season. Furthermore is completely devalues the money paid by big spenders like Twista. Who may not mind, but others will. Simply read back at how some people felt about the getting both the Jordan Rival and Pippen Legend even due to server issues. This game is a competition, and the main reason people spend money is competitive advantage.

I think the best thing we can hope from a change in season reward is
1. Some type of season only category, like Rivals. I imagine it being better than an Epic, but not quite an Epic Pro. So that you can win a season and maybe improve your lineup.
2. Have credits issued as a season prize. It seems the way they are going with some other stuff. Likely won't be enough to make everyone happy. But we have to keep in mind this is also a business for them.

I feel like these 2 ideas are pretty good from a player and business perspective. The "season player" cards would bridge the gap that the majority of people encounter and get frustrated with which is that rare pro to epic pro gap.

I haven't spent as much as Twista but I've spent a fair amount and it wouldn't bother me to be honest. I'll keep playing as a time killer if nothing else but its probably going to take new cards to really keep things going. I don't think giving away epic packs or even a single legendary card will keep people from buying epic packs. I do think the introduction of say a HoF packs or HoF cards would go nicely with the Rivals stuff.

How does one start all over? What do you have to do?

Given my struggles at winning seasons and getting epic/legendary, I've given lots of thoughts about doin' just that...

Since you started all over... from your point of view... was it worth? And most of all, it's being fun?
