I would really like the opportunity to fix MY card thought, in the future I will never make the same mistake... but it really isn't easy to find. I looked through the help when I first got them to get an idea, and I didn't know to slide the screens on the app to find more information. In fact, trying to figure out if it made a difference led me to this discussion board. Could this be something that customer support would handle? As somebody who has bought credits for the game, I don't think it's an unreasonable request.This isn't a feature we're currently looking to add right now. In the tutorial and in help we mention that you want to get your cards to max level for full potential of a Pro card. However, I get that those messages may not be enough. I'll look into if we can do a more specific warning when combining cards that are not yet max level.

But in the NBA players are traded, picks are traded, and cap room is adjusted. These things bring somewhat of a balance to the league. Here, the players who are smoking an epic pack a day seem to have no salary cap and the rest of us cannot make trades (yet). If we want any type of balance in our seasons it would seem that our only option is to purchase epic packs as well. But you're saying that's the way it goes. Seems legit.For Season matchmaking, there is a bit of balancing we have to do between matching a Season with appropriate opponents and starting a Season in a reasonable timeframe. We don't just take the first 30 people and start them in a Season, but we also can't wait 5 days for the perfect 30 people to match up. No one would be happy with that. We match you up with the best people we can find in a reasonable timeframe (usually under an hour). That means sometimes you may have someone with really high stats vs. some with medium stats.
This isn't all that different than what you see in the NBA. Does any Milwaukee Bucks fan think it is fair they are in a league with the Heat or Thunder right now? Given the right circumstances maybe the Bucks can win, but not likely. Same is true in our Season games. We try to match you competitively, but sometimes the timing of starting the Season is more important so you end up with good and bad teams in a Season together. That's the way it goes.

I bought 3 epic packs. Does that really affect you that much? My season stats aren't even eye popping...

re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Considering the average player would have to invest a huge amount of time to get to where you are and join a season only to find that in order for all their time and work to not be a complete waste they'd have to pay money like you, yes, I would say that would have some sort of effect on me.

[QUOTE=Sagg;2045837301]I'm not buying anymore packs.

Of course you won't. Until you jump into your next completely imbalanced season and feel the need to spend more money to get on par with the 3-4 guys in your season with 3000+ in every category. Then the cycle begins again.
