Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Whoa, I think I struck a nerve there Sagg. Hahaha . Its ok, you're entitled to your own opinion. Just like the arguments you offered. Considered by many as clutch? Hmmmm... I don't know about that. I'm a math teacher and I believe in numbers more than anything, so when I check the stats, specifically the clutch stats, Im sorry but Lebron is clutch. Even more so than Kobe even. I get it, aesthetically kobe's shots look better, but his PER, FG, EPV, clutch FG all pale in comparison to bron. Also, all time scoring list? That's total Points scored which is certainly contingent on the number of games played.
The cards themselves are a condensed version of the console ratings. So whilst I agree that its a travesty that Kobe's offense is rated this low, I don't think its such a stretch that Lebron's is better.
Let me reiterate however that you are entitled to your own opinion. Mine just so happens to backed by more than just the eye test.
Lol about LBJ' clutch FG%: is he 1/2? While Kobe is approx: 25/55?

I still hate LeBron, but he is good, but not to the point where he's better than Kobe and Jordan.

Probably when its all said and done lebron will probably have more points, rebounds, and assist more than kobe but kobe been in the league longer so his stats would look better.

Sagg I dont really comment on discussion about what yall talk about but lebron is the youngest player ever to 23000 points and also by stats lebron clutch factor is better.

I'm not going to argue about this, I'm just shaking my head in what NBA fans have become to.

Bottomline is that Lebron is not a scrub that its outrageous to think that his offensive rating in this (highly condensed rating system) would be rated higher than Kobe.
Kobe is an all time great, but kindly look beyond the graceful footwork and take a peek at his efficiency ratings. Believe me its not 25/55. I fairly understood you when you said that its an approximate number. So before you go on about how I do not understand this concept, all Im saying is that Kobe's flashy(undeniable skill) style puts blinders on the fact that he had the tendency to chuck up ill advised shots. Now whenever he makes these seemingly impossible shots, ofcourse it will look impressive. Compile those together, and you have an illusion of clutch.
I don't think Kobe is not clutch at all. He is an assassin on the court. His will is legendary. His clutch track record on the other hand? Overrated. (Now overrated doesnt mean bad ok? Im talking about perception vs reality)
Oh well. This is the last time I'll respond to this line of chatter. Its pointless as I said. I'll never convince you, and you'll never convince me. I respectfully invite you to do a little research on the numbers, numbers guyMookieComment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Lebron is toying with the league for years now. Kobe never did that. They are different type of players though, speaking of "eye test" and such. Oh, and i don't have time now to give links (and the data hurts me as a Kobe fun) but every statistical piece i've ever read on this draws the same conclusion - Lebron, when it all said and done, is better player than Kobe. It makes me suffer, but it is trueLast edited by Monarch 420; 04-09-2014, 10:33 AM.Comment

25/55? Sagg.. please don't embarrass yourself and try to research before posting an approx number. This is going to open a never ending pointless debate back and forth so Im ending this now.

The difference between the 2 is skill and body. Without LeBrons huge body he wouldn't even stand a chance in the nba. However, even if Kobe didn't have such an athletic body he still has skill. Nuffsaid.
