Really? I have never noticed that. Not sure what good it will do me to know since I only have one card option, but I guess it's an interesting bit of trivia.

For me it was when they messed with franchise mode and the trading player system. It was funny watching the computer rejecting my offer of Tom Brady Adrian Peterson and Patrick Willis for RG3. And this was during his benched year stats.

Ahhhhhh. Do u remember the old days of madden? 05 best year ever IMO I miss gettin madden credits for things like 20 yard run 60 yard pass etc..... To buy a pack of madden cards this was still on my ds madden 09 I collected all the cards there was no DLC was fun I think MUT could be fun to collect and play with ur favorite players but I don't like the pack system gettin (coins) is so hard for what u get major money grab

I think we need to remember that Kidd was not nearly as good late in his career on the mavs than he was with the nets. If you look at his stats in 2011, you'll see he really wasn't even epic worthy. You can see, the 2012 version of Kidd is rare and somehow on the nets (even though he wasn't on the nets then???) As far as the dirk goes, that should've been higher just to actually reward the players that went hard.

Ugh forgot you guys do the forum season right after the rivals event oh we'll be fun to see 7k + stats in real life than just in pictures on here lol #tank

Ha. I forgot about those. I remember using those to smash records. Raise your hand if you ever went down at the half yard line so you could use the perfect kick card to make it from the opposite goal post.

Wish i was paying attention since i played like 500+ OT games in the past week (and close to 5000 total). I think its possible they are the same given the last hour i kept getting 4x offense (only) or defense (only) including in OT every time (doesn't help that most of the time i'm left with Kidd and his 130 or so offense in OT... and its offense).

Since i'm playing quick games to level up, i'll try to see if its true.

You should email 2k sports to fix the player ratings. It's ridiculous, and CD is ruining 2k's image for best basketball game company ever. They gave CD the rights to use their photos and stuff, but CD is ruining it by giving wrong and crap stats. When they say they have a complicated way of choosing stats, I'm pretty sure they mean "close your eyes, pick a paper in the hat and whatever we get is the highest stat for this player."I seriously Can't believe CD is doing this to us, 2k and the NBA players. This is an insult to Dirk, Kobe, Shaq, Jordan etc and an insult to 2k, since 2k's ratings on the console are usually right. But this is FAR OFF.

I don't know why they just don't go to NBA.com and check the career stats of every player they make a card for. They can see past and present players and compare each of them through the years.

Guess it is true then. Not sure why they did that since doing that is a bit irrelevant. You have only 1 card anyway so I'm a bit curious why it's not random like the rest.

Twista although seein dirk's stats is sad he looks great there as MVP with the gold background he's deserved that for a while

I am thankful that they added Dirk as a Rivalry card. Hopefully after all this uproar they will adjust his stats accordingly.

Heh i'm in #tank mode too (tho i plan on making the playoffs, that's about it)...

4th season (won first 3) but now i'm in a season with at least 5 teams that have 2500-2800 (i had 2000-2200 @ the start with all my best card fully level except bogut epic pro 'cause i just got the duplicate as a reward for winning season 3, used 1 sub to get him in after 2 games). Even with top 50 RC rewards, i doubt i can get to 2500 to compete with those teams.

And i don't even have it as bad as the bottom 5 or so teams (at least 5 have 1500-1700 when i played them and they all have 0-2 wins after ~30 games). No way i'm starting a season ~2pm PST again on a weekend lol...
