There isn't because its every computer language uses if/else statements and the queue are clearly sorted by if/else statements. Basically if the first condition is met, then first queue, otherwise, next (like a waterfall) until the final else statement (all statements before aren't met so this happens).

I.e.

if (value < 500) queue 1
else if (value < 1000) queue 2
else if (value < 1500) queue 3
else if (value < 2000) queue 4
else queue 5

Of course its not as simple as above... value would be calculated using the top 10/15 card formula that CD uses divided by 4 (category) and be its own function so its easy to adjust if they need to (but unlikely they will).

That and computer calculates exactly, so unlike real life statistic, there won't be outliers (beside twista and such but they still fall under the final queue of all else). The only way a bottom outlier exist is for some reason, the first queue has a min-value (which someone forgot to remove while doing unit testing). It happens but not very often and is unlikely the case. Its more likely those teams just put 15 bad players in hoping to get an easy queue only to find out the game takes what they have instead of what's in their line-up as part of the calculation. I tried that in my 2nd season and started out something like 5-8 before i made 3 subs (and ended up winning the season without losing another game, i left out my 3 best cards and put commons in their place so as soon as i subbed in, i suddenly had one of the best line-ups).
