They never said. It probably lowered the drop rate from the RC

Yes you can... I pulled an AI PO the day after the rewards were announced

You can pull a regular playoff card but not the rivals clash playoff cards. You have to be in the top 150 to get one of those. I don't think you noticed he said rc playoffs.

Think we are confusing terms here...
There are "Rivals" cards which are marked "Special"; then there are "Playoff" cards marked "Playoff". I thought he was asking if the Playoff cards introduced during a RC became available, which they do; but if he meant the actual Rival card, then no those are never available

But if you look under playoff cards in your deck the rivals cards are in that category. That's where I think the confusion is. I thought when he said rc playoffs he meant rival cards.
