600-ish picks and no epics.
Rare rate seemed to be hiked from what I noticed, I got 2 Jason Kidds alone but the rest were garbage.
A bit disappointed I wasted my time with no real clarification of "dramatic" increase but I guess I'm just unlucky, not angry.

After going about 3000 picks without an epic, I'll take it. Could have been a lot worse.

Seemed lowered to me. Usually I get 5-10 rare's a day, only got three then. Got more energy than normal
