I don't think Robert Horry deserves a legendary but hell a lot of the legendarys don't. I would give him an epic at the most. It wouldn't shock me if they gave him a legendary though, this is CD we're talking about. I think the legendarys are starting to become tainted with players who were good role players or at a few things but not game changing players. Big shot Bob was certainly clutch but let's not act like he was just a star all around game changing player. We don't want the legendarys becoming rares. I drafted Kyle Macy last night and am not excited about that pull at all.

His career stats certainly don't warrant a legendary but I think 7 championships puts him above many of the lower tier legends of this game

Well if you're going on that then derrick Fisher needs a legendary too and he certainly doesn't deserve one. Championship rings are great but even the scrubs and bench warmers get rings. I want the legendarys to actually be great players. That's what I mean by its becoming tainted with average players. When I pull a legendary I want to be like "oh ****, hell yeah" not "oh it's Kyle Macy........"

The word "legend" is undermined in CD's eyes. Bill Russell, arguably one of the best players of all-time, he's a legend, 11 rings to show for it, and 8 straight at one point. Kyle Macy, played for 7 years in the league, 1 season with the Bulls, averaged 8 points and 5 assists en route to a 30 win season. Let it sink in, and if you have that Kyle Macy card, please disregard his incredibly hairy armpits in the picture for some reason.....

Fair enough. I personally have drafted a Gail Goodrich and a Clyde drexler so I haven't exactly fallen into the group of People with Macy but you're right. The legend category started off poor when they did Chris mullin dirty with stats that mirror pro doc rivers in total

This is what I'm saying. You have Kyle Macy in the same catagory as magic, mj, Hakeem, Wilt, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and the list goes on and on, and he's better than the hall of Famer Chris Mullin. That computer that comes up with the stats needs to be blown up.

Now, I kinda think playoff cards can be used for players who came up big in the playoffs but I think there would be a lot of pissed off people if he got a playoffs card. I would understand if he got a playoff card. As I said earlier, big shot Bob was clutch when it mattered most.

In '90-'91 season, Mullin averaged 25-5-4 and 2 steals. That warrants at least being grouped with the Melo, Baylor, Scottie group as Legend SF's.
