Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
You're not looking the skills of those players. Westbrook is a competitive, ball dominating, scoring PG, Lowry is a good team player, a scrapper, competitive, and knows when to pass and when to score. Vasquez is a good scorer off the bench, which the Thunder need, he is 6'6 so he can also play SG since they have Jackson. And Jonas is a young C with good potential, he can become the offensive low-post threat the Thunder need. Adams can become a good rebounding/defensive C, but I don't see him being good offensively. How so? Lowry is a good PG but PG is the deepest position in the league so basically outside of maybe top 5, the 6th-25th best PGs are roughly the same value. GV is a good backup, not starter (again too many PGs). Thunder have a big in Adams who is doing fine and Ibaka. 1st rounders don't mean much outside of top 5. RW is a top 5-10 player in the league. You don't find them very often.Last edited by StrikerAI; 08-10-2014, 09:45 PM.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
I don't see the Kings giving up Cousins, especially if Perkins is involved lol. But hey the Kings were stupid enough to take Rudy Gay from the Raptors(Even though he did pretty well with them), they might take Perkins lol.Just another quick 'Get rid of Westbrook" trade idea:
Kings get- Westbrook, Perkins (please), 1st round pick
Thunder get- Cousins, Williams/Landry, Nik Stauskas
I think the salaries match up, if not, I tried. I think Cousins could mature with us, prove he can be an elite center, Williams is a great all-around player or Landry could help in rebounding/post game, and Stauskas can come in off the bench this year and be a spark plug, and in the future start.Comment

I'm really expecting a good season from Valanciunas this year. And even though Lowry is a pretty small dude, he grabs rebounds like he's Rondo. Also I've always liked Vasquez, since his New Orleans days where he led the league in assists one year.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Please someone take him.
If we amnesty him we still pay most of his salary, for absolutely no production.
Wait..... That already ****ing happens.Comment

Lmao that's how we feel about Amar'e at times..... Even though at his worst he still plays better than Perkins.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Lowry is a tough dude, he can mix it up in the paint with the bigs and grab boards. Vasquez is good, but he is terrible defensively, I'm sure Ibaka can make up for that. We'll trade you Vasquez for Jackson lol. Jonas hopefully will show significant improvements in the upcoming season.Pretty much what I had planned in my head lol.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Another deal
Pistons get- Westbrook, Lamb, 2 1st's
Thunder get- Monroe, Jennings, Datome
We need a good post player, hence Monroe. Jennings is a downgrade, but not the worst, he'll spread the floor some. And Datome is just a throw in for now, but could be a good stretch 4 when Ibaka gets in foul trouble/hurt/tired.
The Pistons could use a guy to give the ball to in the clutch, Westbrook. No promises he'll hit the shot, but it's better than a 3 from J Smoove. Monroe has been overshadowed by Drummond's success this year, he'd leave via FA most likely. Lamb and Caldwell-Pope can balance each other well for the SG spot. Plus the Pistons don't get Perkins... That's always good.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Trust me you don't want Jennings...The dude shot 37% FG last season, he's never been efficient, he could build a mansion with all those bricks. Monroe is good though. Plus Westbrook and 2 first rounders is a lot.Another deal

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Last time I heard my Knicks were going for Monroe. Landing him would be huge otherwise we would be mostly a perimeter team which won't be good in the long runAnother deal
