I guess that was bad wording on my part. What i meant was that the chances of getting much better rewards should improve drastically the deeper you go in the playoffs (and there is no indication, as far as i understand, that this is the case at the moment)

I somewhat agree, but I think what devs had in mind with the rewards was like NBA lottery. In the NBA, those who didn't make the playoffs have a chance of a good draft pick. But instead of those who didn't make the playoffs getting a good reward (which would be extremely stupid), they settled with first round. That would explain the team pack in first round, however, the problem is that we find 1st round more valuable that 2nd round and 3rd etc.

Ok so whats the secret? Because I think it's wack how I'd be whoopin cats all day, then I goto sleep like a normal person and lose games to horrible players with horrible records because my team is dog tired...So right now i find myself waking up randomly at 4am energizing my dead players lol

I remember when I used to wake up like 5am to energize my guys only to lose the season in the end. I havent won a single season because I simply just get outmatched despite coming in the season better than before. Now I dont even use my energy cards during the season as long as I make the playoffs. In fact, ive been pessimistic about the whole season thing, with no hope of winning the finals, and just dropping out first round.
Ive drafted 2 legendaries and plenty of epics which both include supports but I still can't win single season.

Whats weird for me was that I didn't get anything during that 3PM-5PM Epic drop rate increase yet I got both Paul George and Dennis Rodman Epic later that day within a 2 hour span.

Lucky you lol... I dropped over 1000 picks during the 2 hours and got nothing; later that day, I still got nothing; next day, nothing; next, nothing; today, nothing (so far) lol.

My "Epic" Epic drought (ha ha ha) is now at 6,566 picks and counting since my last Epic. I am crying inside... crying inside

The thing is the NBA lottery is a tool to make the league competitive, where this reward system does't really give you a chance to improve ...and even if you do win a season the reward is kinda meh

Yes you are I wish you the best for the finals mate, fernando has the best team, he isn't playing his best players at the moment, pretty sure he had almost 3000+ in every category when I first played him

He took me out in the finals. After losing three games he switched his players and had over 4000 on each category. I had no chance.

So...
If a dev came to you and said you could pick ANY one card for your collection, who would it be and why? Besides the obvious high point value cards; this would be more from a catalog/collectible standpoint (fav player, coolest looking card, etc.)
Mine would be Eric Bledsoe because it is the only Suns card I have yet to acquire.

My "Epic" Epic drought (ha ha ha) is now at 6,566 picks and counting since my last Epic. I am crying inside... crying inside

i know that feel, i went 5500~ picks in an epic drought, then pulled one the day before the "drastically" improved rates, and pulled one during that. But back at 2000~ picks since my last.

Tanked first round in last season, got 2 uncommons... In a season that i can't win, guy has a g over me in both ball control and mental game....guess i'll try tanking in the first again in a couple days.

I tried the 1st round tanking twice in a row and got 2 uncommons both times. From that point on, I have decided to go as far as I can in the playoffs since I have had MUCH better luck losing in the finals and 3rd round.

Man I'm glad someone feels my pain. I mean granted this is only my second season and I finished pretty high in my first one but the problem is I think I can see this happening to me every season lol. I've yet to draft a legend and I came up lucky on 3 epics in drafts but none are anywhere near as good as my max pro rares. I just been playing mad quick games out of boredom and feeling sorry for myself lol. I see I've racked up 528 picks, maybe I'll give it a go?

I'm sure everyone can guess who I'm gonna say lol. ALLEN IVERSON because he's the man. My favorite player ever and I just now seen his card for the first time thanks to xBok and I love it. So I'd definitely like an Iverson and LeBron(I'll take Gold or Purple Bron). These are my two favorite players.

I say go for it because depending on when your playoffs/finals are scheduled you may be able to catch him slippin? And I realized in none of those games were you at full potential and neither was he but he made sure his was a bit higher than yours. So I'd go for it and max my health each game.

I'm just curious, has anyone been lucky enough to pull dupes of the same epic card through the draft rather than from a season reward or an epic pack?

I would like to believe there is hope for those of us who get stuck with beast mode guys in season or don't spend money.

I don't even look at the numbers as-is. I look at the max potential. His is a little bit higher than mine. I know we're definitely at a place where either of us can win, but, from somebody that lost 3 Finals in a row, I have zero interest in another Finals loss. I have enough Rares.

I'd gladly lose first round, and come up on Duplicate Steve Kerr, before I lose another Finals.
