1. Most good players have experimented with a LOT of lineups, so they know what works for them on the +5 games. I have probably tried more than 50 lineup combos. Good players ONLY play +5. My first RC went just like you are describing. I couldn't win +5s for crap. Part of it is playing long enough to have accumulated the right combination of players and good support cards. Off the top of my head, I would say 10,000 games usually gets you in a decent spot to start winning around 80% or better of +5s. My current lineup won 95%+ last RC, and there are a few on this forum that claim even better.

2. There is no way to know for sure. At the time, he probably played just one game and got 5 points. That put him at a rank of around 9000. So he made an educated guess from there. I am not actively playing this RC. I played a +5 hours ago and was rank 13,xxx. So that tells me there are around 13,000 people playing at that time.

I still only have 5 points and am rank 23,138. Thus, 23,xxx players playing (or have played at least one game). For all I know, there could be another 10,000 people that played a one point game.

Lol yeah, I was just curious because I've tried mutliple lineups and I think I've found the best one for me…although sometimes I feel some +5 wins are MUCH easier than other +5's when I lose..ie the ones I lose tend to have stats almost double mine, and other times the stats are equal. Wasn't sure how CD generated matchups.

Definitely not a lot of ppl playing this RC...lol. Don't think I've seen the forum this quiet and the scoreboard barely moving. No complaints here though! =D

Before i knew about the 3/2 lineup I played all 3+ games and that was a stuggle to get one legend

My current lineup wins me about 90% of games because I don't have the mid thaddus young and defense is a issue.i also have Andre miller,Avery Johnson an doc rivers but this works best for me

You could use common support cards, that would give you easier games. I am also running that Stockton plus Kemp and Dirk RC as one of my lineups. Easy wins!

I'm running a Rare pro LU and I'm absolutely fed-up of running into LU's with leg's and it's not a leg and junk, it's Rare/Epic Pro's with a Leg. I just had a game where I faced 3 Epic Pro's, thought I was home and dry and then they threw a Leg at me in slot 4 and to rub it in, the overtime was my weakest attribute against a epic with it as it;s strength.

Try using 3 of your best Rare Pro's and 2 common ones. I switched my lineup earlier and it's helped me win +5 significantly more.

I use 4/1 because the 3/2 still runs into leg's and I was losing too many games due to overpowered cards in the 2-4 slot, by having an extra rare Pro I win an extra game when the CPU runs a weak card in one of those slots. All a 3/2 does for me is make my final Rare more important, it doesn't make my opponents any weaker.

Hmm..have you tried wasting cards during the 2nd/3rd quarters? Or 1st/3rd? etc...trying diff combos? I've found that wasting cards during certain quarters work well for me. For example, if the 2nd quarter is MG + BC, but I've already used my best card for that in the 1st quarter, then I would just waste my card for that round.

Not sure if that helps, it took me quite a while to figure it out!

I know all of that, the waste in 1+3 tactic used to serve me well, but opponents kept changing up for me. Considering that running the 3/2 and 4/1 opponents are of the same strength for me, I'm not sure why going back to 3/2 will work, I'll not win any extra games.

RC is just too difficult period, we're having to experiment with LU's and are often facing down overpowered LU's, whilst having to grind for 6 days straight to get anything decent.
