Has anyone had success with the face scan? If so please explain to me how you did it. I'm doing everything the thing asks me to do but they still come out ****ed up.

I didn't really have a problem with mine... Lot of light, and 3rd time was a charm! =)

That's what happens in the tier system. Yeah you can buy but your going to lose a lot because you're in a tier that you're not supposed to "be in"
