Pretty sure that's the max pro uncommon.
Long time lurker, first time poster - ingame name Ward. Quick game record 4407-1314, which means I passed my 10K pick recently.
I've bought packs. It's my $ and I can afford to. In maybe $200. Maybe 8 epic packs and only one legendary. Of the 20 Epics I've bought/pulled, one was doubled and one was tripled. Just won my 3rd or 4th season, will post take (in text, sorry) when I can.
Three things I'd like to weigh in on:
1. Someone said they thought NO had the best odds of pulling an Epic from a team pack. By my gorilla math, NO has 3/7 Epics and DET has 6/12. I don't think it matters because like diskpro I dropped $20 on team packs and got no epics in 25 picks.
2. I do think drop rates decrease substantially once you reach a certain point. That's why anyone who opens a second account gets great pulls. It makes sense from a business standpoint, which leads me to:
3. Cat Daddy, 2K, Google and Apple are businesses. If you have the impression that they are trying to separate you from your money, you're right. They wouldn't exist otherwise. If you're looking for free entertainment, go to a library. I've had one issue with CatDaddy, and submitted it through the Support link, and it was taken care of. If you get that kind of service from your bank or your home contractor, you're lucky indeed.
Fully expecting to get called a pact (sic) buying shill by the forces of Occupy Forums.

. I think most of this board is past like super harsh flaming for pack buying. People still bring it up but I think most super mad people either just gave up, bought packs and changed their minds (somewhat) themselves, or just didn't care about pack buying in the first place. It's probably especially bad if you are I a bad run in the game.
