I totally agree with your use of your best card in proper position, however i am doing the opposite with my QG lineup.
I have 3 SR pros and 2 epics, and i find that my epic can beat most other cards that it plays against, whereas i would prefer the 5% bonus go to my SR pros instead.
But when the QG gets harder, i think i will follow your advice

Depending on what the teams you get matched up against are like, I'd always say play your strongest players in position and keep your weakest ones as the player out of position if you have to play one out of position.
That way you can use a weaker player as a "throwaway" while reaping the benefits from keeping your team stronger as a whole.
Again, it always just depends on what the teams you get matched up against look like.

Should always play in position in qg or in seasons. Bonus 5% is crucial. I play only the cards that are best in their positions and not just overall rank.

I wholeheartedly agree with this, with one minor exception.
I was in legendary tier, and 4 of my cards were Epic Pros (in position) and my PF was Rodman.
Rodmans stats are 722/740/775/684/722. I used him for Defense and Rebounding. I had Epic Pro Vucevic (816/828/867/760/796 with my boosts on him.) Switching Rodman out for Vucevic was an "upgrade" for what I used him for, despite not getting the 5% bonus and it bumped me up to Legendary+ tier.
Granted, Vucevic is my throwaway card for the most part but he can still win plenty of matchups for me in the QGs I get.
despite me reading almost all of the 5708 pages of this forum i dont know if i have ever come across this questions, and i cant answer it now because i am in a season...
does energy change for a player whether it is the solo card or the pro? as in does MJ SR solo have 80 energy and the pro version have 88 energy?

Does anybody know when rival clash is coming out? I never played it in the last year app so I was wondering how it works?
It'll come out when Apple lets the update go through to the app. It could have been this week, so relatively soon. Just waiting on Apple.
Basically they'll choose two teams. You pick a team to "play" for. You play RC games (just quick games really.) The 'team' with the most wins globally is the rewards that get given out. If you played a game, you get a reward - just depends on which team wins are what rewards are given out.
They'll give you matchups (+1, +3 and +5 points based on difficulty for you.) Every game you win gives you that amount of points. Rankings (and prizes based on those rankings) are just determined by who has the most points in that RC time frame.
It's a bit weird to explain, but really easy to understand once you see it.
Dude how much longer are you going to dominate ultra rare seasons? Lol I keep getting stuck in the same seasons, and your team is solid as get! That LeBron legendary is sweet.
