Mostly because everyone else is and it lowers your total points in your deck so you get matched up with weaker teams.

I could win my fourth straight season, but I'm tanking the finals. I'm so desperate for SR pros that I actually want the prize of two Super Rares instead of the 1 UR & 1 SR prize. The UR would be better down the line of course, but I'm just trying to win quick games against fully-leveled Finals Spurs cards, and single URs aren't much help in that regard.

I'm in an UR season with a douchebag who has All Epics and one Epic Pro. We're all playing for second place (There's no way this guy shouldn't be in Epic tier) Luckily thus far it appears asthough I can get at least that much.

Also, this wasn't me, but how can this possibly happen (Cassell vs. Noah)?

This is why it's recommended to play a common bench if you can. If you don't, chances are you'll get put into a season with people that do and you just put yourself at a distinct disadvantage.

Even with a common bench...I'm seeing people with Epics and Legendaries in my UR season...smh

Adams is one of the best rated SR pros at C
Barnes is the best SR pro SF ratings wise
pretty sure Spud is one of the best PG SR pros
