My gamble of tanking an SR season finals in hopes that I'd get at least one SR dupe worked. I got a dupe of Patrick Mills (and a Luis Scola too). Not the best outcome for 4 days of work, but I'll take it.

do what you want of course, but i would suggest getting as many UR as possible. getting them is VERY hard, it does not happen often.

i felt the same way a while ago but my collection is overflowing with SR, like 55 of them, and i have like 13 UR....

just my thoughts

I could win my fourth straight season, but I'm tanking the finals. I'm so desperate for SR pros that I actually want the prize of two Super Rares instead of the 1 UR & 1 SR prize. The UR would be better down the line of course, but I'm just trying to win quick games against fully-leveled Finals Spurs cards, and single URs aren't much help in that regard.

Jesus, talk about a good run. I went from Being stuck in UR + for about 2 weeks and 2000+ games, to halfway through epic. In 5 days. Got second in a season to give me a Danny Ainge dupe, then got my second Rookie MJ. Used those two to win a season which got me an Epic Al Hortford. Finally pulled a dupe which happened to be Derrick Favors (he kinda sucks, but still happy about it). My free Epic was a Larry Johnson. So in just under 5 days I went from an all SR pro lineup, to 2 Epics, and 3 UR pros, and only one is out of position.

I hear you, and I know you're right in the long run. Maybe its my arrogance at having won two SR seasons already before this one, but I feel like I can get another UR or two from SR seasons with little difficulty. My ability to win quick games is so much harder than it used to be, and I need SR pros to fix that.

I probably wouldn't have tanked the finals if I hadn't already pulled a dupe UR. I got lucky earlier than I needed to, so I feel like I'm a bit ahead of the curve already when it comes to UR cards at my stage in the game.
