I think he meant that even though Amazon/Google gets the "updated" app first, CD doesn't roll out the features until all three platforms have been released. So even though the users updated their app, they won't see the Pick and Win option or RC until all three have been released into the app store.

Oh yeah I understand, but surely with the way reviewing differs on each company, if they can time it right there may only be a day or so delay rather then what's happening right now

Totally agree lol. The disparity is too big right now. If we don't see the updated app today, more than likely we'll see it next week...sometime.

Yeah, it is...like you said, CD knows out of the three major platforms, Apple by far takes the longest...so why not prioritize internally and make sure all the bugs etc are worked out first for iOS, submit to Apple, then finish working out the kinks for Amazon and Google and submit then. By that time, all 3 platforms will be released around the same time...

And yeah, I saw through the thread there were a few more interested too. I think people were aiming for Sunday morning (unless everyone can do it Saturday?)

Wouldn't this run the risk of having some unforeseen issue with the Amazon and Google versions cause an even greater delay?

Risks come with everything though, there's a risk iOS may just have some unforeseen issue and need even more delay (pray to the 2K gods it does not) but yeah, there is a risk no matter how it's done

My thinking would be that this is less risky, though. If CD has worked through all the bugs on all 3 versions before submitting any of them, there's a much lower risk of there being something that pops up.

Hm...my thinking was more along the lines of CD should test out all the bugs for iOS first. Once they finish testing out the bugs, they can submit their request to Apple (which we know will take about a week).

During that time, they can start working on fixing the bugs for Amazon and Google, and if for some reason they need longer than a week...say 10 days for example, when they release these two versions, the Apple version will be in the app store already and there's only a difference of 3 days (historically speaking, Amazon/Google releases much faster).

Now if everything goes according to plan, we may not see a lag time of 3 days, it could be much shorter. I think either way though, it would be much more efficient than what CD is currently doing..

Wow I didn't think I would beat this guy in my 3rd UR season. He had 3 UR pros and 2 epics vs my 2 UR pros and 2 epics. The rest were SR pros for both of us.

For some reason his 3rd UR Pro didn't play in game 6 and I won. I wonder if I got some kind of matchup advantage because I was #1 seed or if it was pure luck.

Hmm... I beat him last Saturday in the finals too All games were very close...

After what feels like a thousand games of pulling no URs, I finally pulled an UR Support card. My other three URs are the UR MJ (Currently at 3361 games), UR Carlos Boozer, and UR Pro Gerald Henderson. I won the later two in SR Finals and Gerald was also my UR freebie, so I was lucky enough to pair him.

Man, it's significantly harder to move up in this game. I'm spoiled a bit by Supercard as King of the Ring only takes 2 days plus you get a legendary pair if you get 2nd there. In order to reach UR in Season, I had to throw in a bunch of max leveled SRs. I only did two SR Seasons cause I just wanted to move to UR and get those better rewards already, but now I'm thinking I jumped ahead too fast because my Rare Pros are an auto-lose to many cards. For the two SR seasons I did, there wasn't any competition and people didn't even bother to keep their energy up. But for this UR season, it seems like the opposite. They don't seem to sleep. There are lots of people with Epics in here. So I went from being relatively undefeated in SR, to getting absolutely pummeled in UR. Here's my current lineup. I have 2 more SR Pros that I can replace people with once season ends.

I think the worst part is that I would have had more SR Pros, but I had gotten rid of some SG Super Rares (Already too many people in that position) then ended up pulling the same ones later. Judging by everyone else's posts, this game loves to give out SGs. I used to have 40 something Super Rares before I got rid of those SGs. Wish I had more of the other positions so I can fill those out. xD

I'm wishing I had kept those SG SR Pros, then just played them out of position. Oh well, lesson learned. At the moment, it doesn't really feel as if I should be here. My current record is 44-18 and I have the 10th seed. Hopefully I get lucky enough to get a person I can beat for the first round. If I can at least do that, I'll be happy as I'll get an ultra rare (Which you had to beat everyone to get in SR Finals).

It's definitely way more of a grind to level up these players and the rewards for season are worse despite taking over twice as long as Supercard's, but it also feels more rewarding when you finally do progress in the game. It's pretty fun to share your rewards and achievements with others as well. I've been reading the last several hundreds of posts since MyNBA2k15 was released, and this seems like a nice place, so I've decided to start sharing things too.
