It's from the daily pick tab. If you get three player pieces, you combine them to get a random rookie card ranging from common to ultra rare

When your play a card, any card in QG the bonus attribute is not always activated. When does it activate?

For each tier of card (Rare, Epic, etc.), there is a percentage that allows for the attribute boost to activate.

For example (not the real data): A rare card has about a 5% chance of activating it's attribute boost.

This percentage increases as rarity increases

Where's that momentum ability that boosts the team in all stats? I know this year they changed the abilities to all the badges in 2k15 but which badge boosts all stats for the team?
