Unfortunately I've come to the point where UR pros no longer have value to me so I don't know I should train them away or save the for AH but I have feeling anyone willing to spend credits won't waste them on UR Pros.... Thoughts?

It doesn't matter which team you pick. Magic can play against other Magic while Hawks can play other Hawks. Your opponent will always display as the rival team you did not chose.
