Understand completely. It's just a little frustrating sometimes when you send in a request twice, and no response after 3 months.

I'm sure if CD as a company has (or maybe does?) the resources, look into hiring more support staff. From the sounds of it, looks like they are swamped!

I have to defend our team here. I seriously doubt they never responded over 3 months. Are you sure they didn't respond asking for more info and you never got back them? That happens frequently. PM me your e-mail and I will look into it with them. At most they are 7 days behind on responding, but they haven't been that way for weeks. Usually it is 2-3 days tops.

Worst idea ever. Then GameDad will just be responding to Twitter and forum posts all day and no changes would be made to the game. =P

OMG, since GameDad is active right now, is there any talks about rebalancing card stats like in Supercard? The OFF category right now is way too imbalanced. =D

Might have to start grinding, 900 games away from my 1200 credit reward for 10k games played, those credits could come in handy for the Christmas rivals clash especially if the cards are good

I know, but games are indicators of how many boards you reset right? They don't have the same numbers but they're similar

Say 300 games give you 20-30 resets, it can't be 50 resets or just 10 resets no matter how many times you play

Yes, games are an indicator. There are 25 cards on the board, so for prediction purposes you can just roughly call the 12th card the reset card in the long run. This roughly suggests that 30 resets is 360 pulled cards, which can translate into any number of games played, factoring in wins and losses. 360 pulled cards is a maximum of 360 games, and a minimum of 180 games. There's your (very rough) range.

I don't know if each card has a chance to be a reset (that is higher than 1/25), but if it is, then this is the only thing (I think) that can skew the long term average.

I wonder if NWGD will answer this question: When the new counter system was introduced, was the chance that each reset card would be a tier card changed at all?

I honestly suggest CD to raise your wage cuz you are basically doing multiple jobs at the same time

No matter how much we blame you guys on how this or that sucks, we are still playing this game, it's still a good game(who would play it if its not) gotta give the props to you guys

300 games could be a maximum of 600 resets if you were extremely lucky. Or on the other end it could only 12 resets. This is why measuring by games just doesn't work.


One important factor, did you win all those games? If not then you drop the number of picks you got in half.


On average you will pull a reset card every 12.5 picks, but that is an average and not actuals.

Anyone know how much the Throw back packs will cost and if you are guaranteed a throwback card when you purchase one?

I will not disclose the specific price yet, but I will say they are very affordable given the cool cards you can get. You are guaranteed a TBT card from every pack. The trick is you'll be able to buy only 1 pack every Thursday.

You need to expand your use of the forums. There are many other threads, and I posted answers to this in the December Update thread.

The short answer is yes. When we changed to the counter system we also increased the percentage chance of getting cards in tiers SR and up. Things were just too low before. Now that isn't to say you'll be pulling a great card every board, but we did increase it.
