Quick question guys, I understand the reasoning behind a "weak" bench in seasons. But if it takes my best 15 cards to get into the minimum of the next tier (epic), is it worth it? As I will still benefit from the quarter final rewards etc.

If you use your 15 best cards and you barely make it to Epic tier (the orange bar is only a little bit full) then it's the same. What people mean with common bench is reducing your team's total point sum (all the stats of all the players combined give the number, the higher the number=>the fuller the bar, the fuller the bar=>the harder the opposition).

Depends how high your bar is. For example, if you only just made into Epic tier, and using a common bench drops you into UR tier, don't use it. If you're bar is more than half way filled in the Epic tier, then using a common bench will still keep you in the Epic tier, so you're in the same tier, but up against weaker competition.
Save some energy for the next RC guys, I have a feeling the next one is gonna be crazy, new star rewards+ new year's, expect some crazy amount of points

Let the opposition spend their credits and their energy....
