Right now it is 21:00 here. In 5 hours (as yiyi said) it's gonna be 02:00am (night time).

At least we know the update is coming soon

I'm guessing close to end of January. If AH requires an app update, it'll take Apple at least 3-5 business days to approve and release it for users and we all know how slow Apple is.

In the meantime, it's been 2 months since I sent their support team for help and not one response. Nada, nothing, even after NWGameDad got involved. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when someone on the forums sent a helpdesk ticket a few days ago and they got a response.

Did you try sending it again? Maybe it got "lost in the shuffle", it happens, people and programs aren't perfect. Granted, maybe they ignored you, but I've submitted a few tickets in the time I've played it and have always gotten a response, so maybe it just got lost or shoved aside on accident.

Yeah it is late, that's the good thing. The servers will be off while i will be sleeping, so by the time i wake up everything will be back on and ready to play. I wont have to wait.

I did. I sent one early November, then I re-sent it a few days later. Not one response even after I DM'ed GameDad directly. So disheartening. I mean I understand they're swamped and may not get back to me immediately, but 2 months??? That's a bit over the top for me.

Nah, the next "big thing" in the game is gonna be AH. I believe a new tier will be introduced after a couple of months or so.
