With the upcoming auction house, I'm waning a bit in my desire to continue. I played a little last year but have played much more this time around. It seems like the higher you go, the more time you'll have to spend mindlessly winning RC matches to get a card you can use. Mind you, I only got to the Tristan Thompson x 2 level last RC, but I can't imagine grinding much more than that.

It doesn't seem to matter much anyway because you'll always be matched up with people that are at whatever tier you reach. So if you grind it out for Kevin love, well you'll either lose a lot if you have an unbalanced team, or be facing a lot of Kevin Loves.

So for those who aren't going to spend the money to reach the pinnacle, what's your motivation?

you need to be competitive and you have to manage when to play and also to grind like crazy when necessary.

Just noticed something while playing QG.
How is the record setter legendary Mark Eaton listed as a PG?
Is there something i missed about him being a 7 foot 4 PG swatting balls left right and center lol?

Getting real fed up...after the RC I had joined 2 seasons so far, getting bounced in the quarter finals of both, my team is just filled with too many SR to compete in Ultra Rare tier and I just cant seem to draft any Epics since my freebie or even a UR.

And I really don't wanna have to buy those packs just to get by.

YES!! I started my first epic season with a really unbalanced roster since I don't have a frontcourt player over UR, and I began the season 4-0 and then lost my next 12 and thought I was completely done. No idea how it happened, but I landed 6th seed and just advanced to the semis!



That series was soo close... ( I didnt have energy in the first blowout, him the second )
And the next guy up I beat twice in the season, so unless he has untrained cards and trained them all since the 3rd to last game of the season.. I might be going to finals!



Glad I didn't give up and kept energizing my players! I hope to at least make the finals and it seemed like I wouldn't even make playoffs at the season's start.

Another epic PG...



I appreciate the epics, game, but I haven't had an upgrade at center since I got a single UR Alonzo mourning weeks ago. Been in epic tier or higher since four days before this last RC and haven't even drafted a dupe UR center.

EDIT: Or even a PF for that matter... I have a dupe UR Garnett and then I have to play a PG out of position. I have a star (LeBron RC), 5 legs, 8 epics, no C's o PF's.

I have the same issue in regards to PF and C. That's why I went so hard for the dupe K. love last RC

How much better does a player have to be for you to play them out of position in the playoffs?

It seems like no matter what, whenever I put better players in that are out of position I end up losing.
