Thankfully it ended up not mattering, I don't know why he stopped boosting but I'm glad he did.



And now I might sweep the 2nd round unless he boosts cuz my roster completely destroys my matchup's.

Well the boost # is now where it "should" be, if it had activated when I tapped on it before the game, but it didnt. I had opened and closed the app before the game, so it was all up-to-date, and I clicked the boost and it apparently removed one, but didn't actually use it.

The game ends in 7 1/2 minutes, I'm gunna check the game recap and see if it's on there as activated, even though in my manage season screen it isn't.

@Thomas above, well I'd gone out and into the app before the match and every other boost was updated, and it's now been docked one boost from 3 to 2, so I definitely had some :/

And no worries, I wasn't looking for some kind of fix in 2 minutes, more wondering if anyone knows how/why this is happening

To avoid this in the future : never leave the game when you boost. Only leave the game when you see the game has started and see a green triangle right next to all players offensive rating.

When I said I opened and closed the app before the game, I meant I had done so between the game 6 ending and 5 minutes of game 7 starting, so it should've already been refreshed ( showing 4 and not 0, or the 2 it does now ), I didn't leave the app after boosting, I boosted with 3 minutes or so left before game 7 and didn't leave the boost screen til it started.

How much of a difference does starting a season with untrained players and then training them mid-season actually help? I've never done that in a season yet, and when my season ends I'll get Josh Smith back to dupe him, and have a Paul George at lv. 0 and Pau Gasol at just level 16.

I have a bunch of high trained SRs ready to max them once a season starts, but how much does it really effect your chances if it's just a few players or so?

How much of a difference does starting a season with untrained players and then training them mid-season actually help? I've never done that in a season yet, and when my season ends I'll get Josh Smith back to dupe him, and have a Paul George at lv. 0 and Pau Gasol at just level 16.

I have a bunch of high trained SRs ready to max them once a season starts, but how much does it really effect your chances if it's just a few players or so?

Add untrained players and a common bench and it's a huge difference, I had a few untrained players and a common bench and it put me in UR season haha

How is this possible? My LU would destroy this one, no matter what the matchups were (say your Pro Leg would win one of my Pro Legs, and 1 Star would win my Pro Epic, in the other 3 quarters the 3 Stars would lose to the 3 Pro Legs).

P.S. That LU wouldnt win +5 though, because from what i 've been told +5 games in Star give you opponents with 4 or 5 Pro Legs.

How is this not possible lol 5 star cards put you in star tier, how can 3 stars and 2 leg pros not?? Obviously it can be destroyed, but 5 good card LUs always get destroyed by 3/2

You'll be starting off your season with easier competition since your bar is lower.

Training them will make your guys stronger then the matchmaking initially saw.

This is generally another way to get better matchups for your team, similar to the common bench.

I think the common bench is more effective, but that's just me.
