I am thinking the same thing. If they aren't already in the catalog, I doubt we are going to see them. Knicks and Pacers would be cool but A) I think they are going for East vs West (Finals) rivalries and B) the Pacers have no Legendaries to pump up. I am sure we will see the Knicks at some point, but not sure who their "Rival" would be... Spurs or Rockets maybe???

I think it's a bit soon to just assume they're only doing East/West Finals rivalries after just one example.

Lakers/Celtics is probably the greatest rivalry in American sports. They had to start with that. I wouldn't try to assume too much from that.

I'm willing to bet the next event will be either Bulls/Jazz or Heat/Thunder, since that's the easiest/laziest matchups I can think of.

Bulls/Jazz would be totally mismatched in regards to the Reward... Jordan vs Malone super card? They wouldn't even have to waste their time creating the Malone card LOL

Yea lol, that's true. However, I think it's way too early to bring out Jordan into this rivalries thing. Another thing about all this is that all the 'big well-known' rivalries involve the same teams: Lakers, Celtics, Knicks, Bulls are always involved in some way or another. They'll have to get creative to bring some variety into it.

They don't even have to be real rivalries. As long as it's interesting. Stuff like Dwight vs Hakeem, Payton vs Stockton, Oscar vs Lebron, Wilt vs Russell, Jordan vs Magic, Duncan vs Malone, Reggie vs Carmelo, etc

Glad u finally joined fabio i was nervous when u fell down from 7 to 20 in the last hours. U avoided a huge meltdown and u probably would of lost if the guy sitting at 21st spot didnt give up prematurely.

Have you started a season yet with your new pickups? If so, how are the new Legends working out for you?

In my 3 seasons since throwing my Legends (AI and Karl Malone) into my lineup, I am still having no luck winning LOL Although I have had the highest numbers in all stats, I still have managed to lose in the finals all 3 times in a row. It is odd, however, that in all 3, I would win the first 3 games and then lose 4 straight... VERY funny considering I had AT LEAST 500-800 more points in every stat. I thought the 1st time it was just luck for the other guy, then the 2nd time I thought WTF, and then the 3rd time I started thinking that maybe I am actually playing a CatDaddy bot and that my fate was pre-determined LOL

Well so far its workig out pretty well but regular season means nothing I'm waiting to see the pay off in the playoffs lol. Im 21-1 right now(guy caught me sleepin for HOURS i was tired lmao). But as u know i always get beat in that third round and I've come across one guy who barely has better numbers than me. I beat him once already but i know he wont slack in the playoffs. I just wanna make it to the finals let me get a step closer lol. 3 seasons straight of conf finals, let me get a finals match!

And man you havent had the best of luck huh. Now maybe if that AI and malone were pros? Yikes lol

Id be more than fine with this if i actually participated in future events. SF is the only position that i need and melo would be a good fit.
