I agree with decreasing the number of games but them seeing that it is possible to get them (Egbert) I don't see them changing them. It is supposed to be the rarest and most difficult card to get. If no one reached the Star, let alone the Record Setter, that's the only way I see them lowering them.

Egbert is like 6 people though, and also yes it is suppose to be the rarest card in that tier, but if that was the case shouldn't it be beating Nick Young in Off and Reb? Like really

I know if I had MJ Star Card and I was constantly losing to Nick Young and such I'd be annoyed

Egbedt isn't a valid example. That's a group that plays 24/7, it isnt a normal (even hardcore) player.

lol I don't disagree with with that. They messed up the stats. But seeing that Star MJ is out of the reach of the majority of players, it actually makes it easier to accept. If I got it at 50,000 games then I'd probably be more upset.

To us, yes. But to CD, they just see a name. They set a standard and saw someone actually reach it. As unfair as it is, the only thing that will lower the amount of games is a large backlash or nobody being able to accumulate that amount of games.

Even still, I wonder if he even makes Egbert's season LU. The point isn't whether or not people can reach that many games. The point is how useless those cards are by the time you reach that point.

Most likely they gave MJ a better max potential, so he will probably pass up those cards once trained/pro'd properly.

As long as he outscales them Im fine with the stats. Im assuming they set a base range for each tier of cards & then just shift the stats around based on player's playstyle. Flat out removing stats or adding them would push the cards out of that range.

As long as he outscales them Im fine with the stats. Im assuming they set a base range for each tier of cards & then just shift the stats around based on player's playstyle. Flat out removing stats or adding them would push the cards out of that range.

If the base stats are lower, the maxed Pro stats will also be lower.

You do realize that Star Nick Young has higher offense and rebound than MJ, right?

I just think it's poor execution and also a lack of quality rewards. I'm actually more frustrated with receiving enhancements at those number of games when we draft them daily. Receiving a random player from a certain tier seems like a justifiable reward. Would help with progression as well.

Dont think so. I just pro'd an epic Kemba Walker yesterday. He jumped from my worst epic card to my 2nd best card overall.

I think you just got very fortunate. There are 24 Epic pros with lower overall points than Kemba and you probably own some of those. The amount of enhancements added alter a cards value too.
