It's a combination of both. I mainly train cards only when RC is going on to keep me going sane, during off weeks like this week, I only really play to for energies for seasons.
And for the untrained Leg Pro's, I purposely train them so they're just slightly better than an Epic Pro/Single Legendary so I can win those matchups with my bar being as low as possible to stand a chance during seasons. It's been pretty effective for me so far during seasons; I usually lose in the Finals or win in the Finals.
