They took away the Sale and it's just a regular pack now. You can buy as many as you want.

Concerning the Cards already posted, the All-Stars seem slightly better than the normal versions.

The calculation is table based. Every base stat has a value for max and pro max. So players who have the same base values as other players with known values can be fully calculated.
