No and no. You need 2 stars along with your 3 leg pros to get into Star tier.

I have played around 800 games since my last reset (sorry can't be bothered to count boards), but now I can move up to star, shall I keep grinding for my leg reset or should I just move up now?

hey guys, for the last three days I can not get in the app. it requested update but it is stuck, i have deleted and re-installed the app with no luck. any ideas? I get a message "unable to download required assets"

I think you chance of a legendary drop is higher in Star tier than in Leg++
