Not all the time, but yeah it can be choppy at times. I've started playing it on bluestacks also lol

Just decided that this RC is my last RC, only reason I played this one is because the star card is worth going for, after this one I'll focus mainly on season, maybe 50 games a day for energies at max

I have just stopped going for the RC card itself since last RC after getting Lebron,Rodman and Kobe). But I still and will play every RC for the star card and eventually the new tier RC card. I only have 2 star pros and RC keeps me motivated to keep grinding for resets.

This RC is way more competitive so far.

I was hoping to snag a KD card, I was rank 400 until I just stopped grinding last RC because I needed Lillard more. Grinding at same basic rate as before I'm rank 2000

That's just probably means you are lossing more games this time.
