So it's writhing the context of the thread. My favorite team selected within the game is the Bulls and my MVP is Jordan, which is my favorite Player. I don't like the Heat but growing up my hate for the Pistons and Knicks is higher.

I don't think we would can get a seperate subforum just for the app but I will pass it along (it's not something I can do).


But, and I'm asking this because I'm not familiar with the app, are there other threads you guys could open to discuss different aspects of it to keep the overall clutter out of this one?

I can understand the frustration especially if a dev is trying to get information out.

In terms of getting our own section, it is more because while they have some relationship the card game/my team mobile app we are mostly talking about in this thread is not the same as "My Team" but it happens to be where Turty originally created this thread. I don't think anyone actually expected this thread to get as much activity as it has. Technically we are encroaching on their space already. If we add 3-4 or more threads to this section for My Team Mobile is that ok by the rules too?

If we can not, are we able to at least get some threads stickied (keep this as a general thread discussing the game, add say two stickied info thread and a My Team Mobile Updates thread?). I assume if the problem is we are "moving" things along too quickly in this thread to find information we don't want a lot of posts in the info/updates thread, but if they aren't stickied they are just going to fall off this forum and then people will probably wind up right back in this thread.

Maybe that'll change with the updated stats for PF/C's. Maybe.

I may be mistaken but after taking a quick glance through the 'Pro Basketball' forum, only the LeBron thread has more replies than ours and that started back in 2010.

I guess. We can have 1 thread with only questions and info on the game where the developer can post info and users can post suggestions and/or improvements.

And we can use this thread to post pictures of cards we get, our ranting, theories, and other miscellaneous stuff that is mostly responsible for making this thread move at supersonic speed.

I can't believe somebody snitched.

Some of you in here are such crybabies. I guess from now on, we can only speak about drafting another Carlos Boozer card, tanking another season, or complaining about how long it's been since the last worthless epic pull.

God forbid you have to scroll down a little bit in an open forum to get to something you'd like to discuss more.

God forbid we discuss the very players in the app.

Dudes here hanging on every word from the Dev as if there's anything TOO different coming from this app ever...

I appreciate that he posts here... but we're gonna revolve the entire thread around that?

Could be. I'll be curious to see what happens. I have 4 legendary centers ahead of him and also a Bynum Epic pro Center. I also have a Kemp and caries I hope get at least a little upgrade.

I'm all in for a MyTeam mobile sub forum, but you guys need to remember it IS just a mobile app, I think it's so popular because it is so easily accessible, don't even need nba 2k14 to get access to MyTeam mobile, although this thread is SUPER popular, I don't think we would get a subforum for a mobile app

First...You don't deserve anything. I appreciate the others who have offered thoughts and suggestions on it, and while there will not be a seperate subforum, I will look into some of the other suggestions made to see if there can be more organization.

Second, not the best way to make your point.

That forum has over 16,000 THREADS. This thread doesn't even have 10,000 posts. Not sure what point you were trying to make.


I brought up that forum because that's where you discuss Pro basketball, not here.


If the Lebron THREAD had it's own subforum and that was your argument then you might have a point....



Again, appreciate the other responses and will see what if anything we can do to help out.


The only reason I interjected here was because this thread is not here for actual NBA discussion, we have a section for that and it just adds unnecessary posts.

I saw a name as the last poster of a thread that intrigued me and it happened to be in this thread and the first thing that popped up was 18 gifs and a discussion on flopping.


I don't even like basketball, no one here would even know who I am to contact me so you guys can drop the woe is me someone snitched act.

will the improvements of the big men be shown in their base stats or only when put to the max level?

and also in what categories are the big men increased in so i can keep an eye out?

Ball control would make sense since that's like the lowest stat for most bigs.

Finally a moderator. No offense but I'm glad one is finally in this thread. Not all of us can sit around and post in this thread all day, so when we come home and check the thread it isn't easy having to scan through 40 pages of new material each day. Especially when the same people keep going off topic and talking about actual NBA or other stuff that have nothing to do with this game
