The first RTG was pretty easy to get the best card in the game mode by backing out of matchups, but all the events after, you pretty much need all Star Pro cards to get the best card in the game.

Unless...you just played +1 matchups and bought credits/bouts, ie $$$.

So how would the average person fare, say like uhm, 5 stars, 10 leg, 10 epics, what kind of reward should a person like that expect if they put effort?

I'm assuming the 'best card in the game' is better than how the RC stars are now? Cuz you can get those in RCs with an awful lineup and no $$$ spent. If the cards are anything like that then I dont see the incentive to playing the new mode.

If this new game mode is no good I might sell all my star pros and stars except for a couple of cards and start again for fun until a new tier comes out then I will spend my credits to buy packs and move up to the new tier ( if one ever comes out). Games becoming pretty stale to me.

You'd probably get a Leg card and possibly the Star reward if you played consistently. Getting the best card though would be almost impossible.

I hardly play PCC anymore, but I believe they're similar in stats. Or the "best card" could be slightly better.

So then do you keep the cards from lower tiers in the event or do you only end up with the reward of the highest tier you finish in? Because if it's the latter I think I'd just save the tendinitis for RCs.

How would I fare in the new game mode? I have: 4 Star cards (two RC), 3 Leg pro's, 1 Epic pro, 11 Leg's (1 All-Star), 1 Ultra Rare (Christmas RC) and 5 Epics (all are All-Star).

Yep, pretty much. Those with the best deck (all Star Pro LU) has the best chance to get the best card...unless you're willing to spend $$$. I'm speaking directly from the WWE app. Maybe it'll be different for the NBA app but I doubt it.

Also, to answer Knissley's question. Yes, any cards that you win from the lower tiers you keep. So say you're playing for the Leg reward now...if you don't get that card, you still keep all of the cards you won previously.

Idk if RTG cards are available outside of the event, but Gamedad said the NBA versions will be attainable through drafts & packs etc. So I dont expect them to be much more than normal Stars. Maybe All Star/MVP range, but nowhere near RC.

Well.. I really really really hope I'm proven wrong, but seems like the new game mode will simply be to break the monotony of the week of QGs between RCs. From what you guys are saying, I really couldn't care less for the rewards :/

Actually, they could make good training fodder.. so there's that.

Yes you keep the lower tier rewards.

I believe NWGD said that the rewards from RTTC will be dupable through packs, but can't be drafted?

If so, then either a new pack is coming out, or the rewards will be all stars, record setters, or mvps, as they are the only cards you can't dupe through the draft that go all the way up to star tier.
