Guys, call me crazy...but with the AH prices the way it is now...is it just me or do the 2 Leg cards as rewards for the first round in Star season seem more appealing than the actual Winner of the Star season award????
It doesn't really matter, I don't see a whole lot of Legendaries selling on the auction house, but I guess you never know. The truth should come out in about 9 hours (12 hours after the auction house opened and minimum bid time).
No. You shouldn't assume only the "rich" got to win star seasons. I've been finishing runner up in almost all my seasons starting from when I didn't even have a single SPro.
Now, I'm in an easy season with 2 SPros and was set to win 3 stars today and instead I'll get the worst rewards I've ever gotten from star seasons.
This is complete bull****, you can't defend it.
On another note, how do I fix not having card pictures? Usually I could just back out to the main screen and it'd download, but it won't do that for me now.
I can defend it because it is a much needed change that came far too late. And I didn't say ONLY the rich win but the strongest are just getting stronger through insane amounts of Star pros or insane amounts of Stars to sell.
Like I said on the feedback thread, if you started today with 0 knowledge of the previous reward system, would you still be complaining? If not, then dont bash them for balancing the game, just accept that you got to benefit from the obviously over-powered previous system
Quick Game LU:
PG: UR Pro Cory Joseph
SG: Foil UR Pro Patrick McCaw
SF: Foil Ep. Prime Pro Harrison Barnes
PF: UR Pro Trevor Booker
C: Foil Epic Pau Gasol
How do you pull an epic enhancement? From the board?
You can only get them through packs you spend your hard earned STAR SEASON REWARDS on. Cuz, y'know... actually no there's no ****ing logical explanation for that.

They said they made a new border to make it more obvious that a card is a pro. I didn't realize "obvious" in Gamedad's dictionary means a blinding, ugly as hell, white border around the card...

It wasn't obviously OP, though... it wasn't the slightest, tiniest bit OP..
I have 21 star cards, and 2 dupes. I've been in star tier since before AH beta, and have drafted one dupe, and had only 5 resets despite playing way too much everyday. There is absolutely NO PROGRESSION to this game unless you get lucky through season rewards, or clear 250+ boards.
At the rate I'm going, it would take months to get another dupe with the new rewards. One dupe. Months. Bull****.

Why do you think the previous reward system is OP? Cuz like you said if you have 0 knowledge on the game, you don't have a reference so any rewards seem fair. But you can't compare it like that. If lets say a season win gets you an epic pack like last year's game, you still would think it's fair. So that can apply to any rewards.
The previous system was definitely not unfair, people who reach the highest tier and can win deserve those rewards, meanwhile, others who are in lower tiers can win and move up, I don't see why it's not fair or too OP
Wow guys. I actually read this forum everyday, don't know why I didn't make an account. I guess I'm not much of a poster. But today's update... wow. I just made an account to say how pissed I am :/
