Something I just thought of is that maybe, just MAYBE, CD did this to season rewards cuz they're planning to make the RC rewards a lot better? I wouldn't mind nearly as much if the game became always being in a season and just bowing out whenever as long as you get past the 1st round and then grinding like crazy just during RC because the rewards there would be a lot better.

See, you make a good point but the ENTIRE POINT of playing RC's was to make your SEASON LU better so you could actually compete with other people and get some good cards and continue to get better until you can say that "I'm one of the best." IMO.

So with this new game mode will it matter if you are in a low tier? Will you still be able to make it to the final hall of fame card. Is the tier purely for match making with other players decks in the same tier? or is it just for potential higher tier cards that can be drafted on the board after a game win.

If WWE is any indication of what this will be like, the strength of your deck is a big factor. It'll be highly improbable to reach Hakeem if you are below Legendary.

Why do you need 25 cards, don't you only play 5, is it like a regular quick game?

RTG picks 5 random cards at a time and it's the first to a number of wins to win the match, so it'll probably be first to 13 wins. I heard in the beginning there would be some 2 vs 2 match ups but haven't read anything lately to see if it made the final cut.
