Trying this out now with (in order) Haywood, waiters pro, Haywood, Thad Young, MKG, Rare Hot Streak, and Common Mascot. I play them in that order unless the 1st card seems to be a beast; then that means I can probably take his 3rd with Young or MKG. If the 1st is mediocre, the 3rd is probably the beast so I have the second Haywood to take the charge. So far winning 8-9 out of 10

Same to you.

It was looking a little rough for me at one point. My opponent wasn't recharging, and his stats were getting dangerously low. Luckily at Game 4, he fully recharged, securing my victory.

That's pretty much tactically optimal when using this strategy.

The only thing is, I think your support cards don't affect the overall level of your squad. Having a garbage second support card doesn't help at all, as I understand it.

With Hot Streak, you're obviously gonna be using that automatically at the start of any game. I keep Epic Fans on deck, just on the off chance a game goes to Double OT. IMO, Fans is the best support to have for Double OT (when the game basically resets, and you can use any of your cards, with another support), since it's sudden death at that point.

Just something Epic. No real preference. I already have Deng and Epic Pippen. I guess, if I had to choose, I really want Noah.. but I'll take anything.

On another note, I know real basketball isn't allowed, but Dirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk!

Yea, Noah has 500+ defense now which is pretty amazing. I have one of him but I'm hoping I draft another one (wishful thinking) instead of wasting a first round exit trying to get him. Because then the original one would pretty much go to waste.

Good catch man, thanks! Swapped the mascot for my Epic Streak (best support I have) and it doesn't appear to have changed who I go against.
