 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

To get into star, you need one of the following combinations (fully trained):

4 pro Legendaries plus 1 star
3 pro Legendaries plus 1 pro epic plus 1 star
 5 pro Legendaries
Any combination of Pro Legendaries and Stars

What you really want is to get into Star++ as fast as possible, as the reset count for Star is ~360 board clears while for Star++ it's only 260-280 ... and that's a difference of 200-250 games played between star cards from QGs, on average. That's not an insignificant amount of time.QG Tier: Legendary++

SG: Foil Epic Pro George Gervin
SF: Foil Legendary Pro LeBron James

Using your numbers (360 boards v 260 boards) is actually 700 games difference as you clear a board on average every 7 games. To get into star, you need one of the following combinations (fully trained):

Not 200-250 games. Just further reinforced your point though.IGN: nzjase

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

So basically, I'll be close but no cigar? I just started a Leg season and would love to get a good Leg card or star card if I won, but I've yet to win one, and I don't have enough credits to purchase a Leg Pro/Star card at the moment. Boo. More grinding to go then.To get into star, you need one of the following combinations (fully trained):

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

Sometimes we get caught up in this game and miss out on the most important moments in life....I admit this has happened to me a couple of times in the last couple of months, and I've set myself a daily limit. Damn you CD for making this game so addicting!

Wishing you nothing but the best Apos, you were always the one that was quick to answer whatever questions I had about this game.

Best of luck and hope to see you on 2k16 and in good spirits.IGN: UMIPROPHETIC

Dang, just caught up on all the posts...sorry to read about Apos. Stand up guy and he'll be missed by all of us. Honestly, the game just isn't fun without the social aspect of this forum. In Apos' honor, cheers to that and hope you're back here sooner rather than later. Comment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

First off, hilarious. I've been tempted to do the same with this clown for some time. I myself had posted World B. Worthless 8 times. After almost giving up all hope... I posted him a ninth time. And Finally... THE SNAKE IS FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Don't ask me how, or why, but finally, he went. No deal nonsense, just a beautiful purchase.

Thank you, DVSMITH29. You truly are the pimp of all prostitutes.

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

You're going to get into star and then get into star seasons by doing the following:

Keeping your season going non stop. You are in Legend tier so you should fail out in the quarterfinals unless you can make the semi or finals without any boosts or anything. If you have players in your season whom you cannot beat, then getting out of the season with another Legendary and starting a new season before they are finished at least excludes them from being in the way of a possible Star reward in the next go round.

You should also grind out as many QG's as you can. Sooner or later you are going to get another Legendary pro simply by getting a dupe or leveling up your UR/Epic/Leg cards from QG/Seasons and selling stuff on the AH.

Once you get into Star tier, you want to be getting star resets as quickly as you can manage. You can use threads on the forum here to pick up dupes or sell star cards you don't need to accumulate enough stars, star pro or leg pro cards combined to get into Star seasons.

Once you are in star seasons, you're getting a star card every 93-94 hours. You should also be able to get at least the first star card from RttC each week once you are at that point (even if you have to lose your way through that first star card's points at 1 point per), and while it's not a trivial amount of time to do so, if you can finish top 1,000 in each RC event, that's an RC and a Star card.

So you should be able to be into Star seasons within a couple weeks, and probably be able to snag the HoF or PnP reward from RttC within 2-4 weeks after that.

Of course, by that time the next tier (playoff) will be coming out, but at least you won't be so far behind then.

One of the things that bothers me about the ladder rewards is that by the time you get to the various version of Jordan, they no longer help your deck, just due to the way the game is designed and balanced. Even if each one took only half the number of games completed, they would still probably not make it into most people's decks (except for the last 3 which currently come at 90,023, 95,023 and 100,023 games played ... so I'm not even sure by that many games played you would have much use for him outside of sentimental value).QG Tier: Legendary++

You're right about the social aspect. I played MyNBA2k14 before I joined this forum and I played the game casually, after I joined the forums I started getting more and more into the game. Also you guys are awesome lol

Also to Apos, I hope he fixes any issues he has in his personal life and is able to return.
