I would guess sometime after Playoff tier comes out they *might* consider making HOF and P&P cards auctionable. At that point, they're no longer untouchable (unless they come out with HOF and P&P Playoff cards).

I just dont think it would be fair to make MVP cards available to be sold, yet ignore all the other packs. Why are MVP cards even being considered to be an exception? Because a bunch of whales are whining and complaining? That just doesn't seem right

Well MVP cards didn't get the stat bump that HOF and P&P got, so I'm guessing they're planning to make them available soon.

I've worked the AH and spent 0 dollars to get to open my MVP packs so I wouldn't qualify as a whale, yet it is a slap in the face for them to not get an upgrade especially when having only been out for 2-3 weeks and then instantly become second rate. I learned to not buy anything they put out initially cause it'll be obsolete (for the higher up player) soon.

That's true, but then again MVP packs were available a good amount of time before HoF packs, so they have had more burn. Also, the whales who chose to purchase MVP cards knew quite well there would be a Playoff tier on the horizon, yet still chose to click purchase even after reading the disclaimer "cannot be sold on AH." I just think Cat Daddy would be better served to make ALL those special cards available through AH instead of giving MVP cards special treatment just cause high profile players in this game had poor foresight and bought a ton of those packs, only to complain nonstop cause of the HoF and P&P card stat changes

Dam so much complaining and nitpicking. Personally I like both star cards, Arenas pm boost lets him win that matchup whenever it triggers and Oscar is fricken Oscar.

I haven't seen anyone complain. It makes sense to make MVP cards auctionable, especially because of the stat boosts HOF and PnP cards got. single MVP cards will become useless once Playoff tier is released, nobody will spend credits to open them and they aren't available anywhere except packs, whereas HOF and PnP cards are available through RttC and RC now, as well as packs.

Do you have enough HoF singles to hold out hope that perhaps one of them will be featured in a RttC? With the way that event is so easily completed with a halfway decent deck, I think another "boss" would be great for people with a bunch of HoF or P&P single stars to dupe up

I knew full well the MVP cards wouldn't be auctionable and that the PO tier was coming but the difference is that no one was expecting a new pack with much higher stats in the same tier as MVP's. I only bought to HOF packs and then just decided to save those credits for the PO tier.

Damn it's so tough to get a lot of coins if you don't buy them and on that way i'll be stuck for a long time in that leg tier right now i gott 799 credits and still doesn't have a second epic pro c and then again i'm watchin guys in here with tons of credits, star pro players and all of that having their own 'problems' with them like they can't sell it or gettin their 3rd lebron james or sth like that it's kinda funny how far apart the meaning of problems goes lol

I just woke up and saw the rewards so I don't know if this has been discussed yet. But I had to post right away. What happened to the star reward must be a current player of the team rule that CD gave us when Swaggy P was shoved down on us as the star reward for the Kobe Bryant RC 3 months back? Saying they had no other choice but to pick him aside from the all the legendary Laker players available.

It's this type of reasoning/explanation/stubborness and backtracking later on that really frustrates me. There should be a consistency on the rules you impose yourself.

BTW, I don't mind Arenas and Big O being the star rewards.
Sigh.
