Since I'm short on credits and haven't really been able to sell any cards on AH, I set aside $300 to get me started on PO tier. How long before we start to see them going up on AH, and do you guys think that's enough to get me a pro Harden and Howard?

I'm curious too, but I think people will probably hold onto the PO cards they get, I know I will. Think of it this way, even if you get a crap PO card, it's still a PO card, it will be the highest tier and there is that slim chance that your next PO pull might be a dupe, so why would you sell it?

I think people will only start selling them once they're not necessary (spare dupe, already have multiple cards in same position etc), otherwise it's probably too risky. It's like Bibby, we all know he's the worst, literally Hitler, but if he was your first ever Star you'd keep him.

Yeah good point I'm still holding on to my Star Lillard since he was my first.

I'd assume most of the whales have enough credits to really make a dent on PO packs and then would put the ones they don't want up for sale. I'm just more curious on how they'll be priced seeing as how HoF packs are going for 10k.

Thought about doing the same since I will probably spend the same if not more money till the next version of the app comes out but I think I'm going to use money more on rttc and RC events and just grind my way through playoff tier so the game has an appeal to me and I don't get bored again but that's just me

I've come to the conclusion that there's really no point in playing in star ++ tier unless you have at least one rare/special card pro'd (MVP, RS, HOF). It's basically a game of a chance, in that you hope to get an OFF qtr within the 1st three qtrs or you're screwed and even then, you still need one of the top star pros to compete.

Time to shuffle up my deck and drop back down to the minors. At least I have a shot at winning against like opponents.

It could be but how am I to differ between my opponents when all the options are the same? Recently I've only been pitted against star++ opponents with well over 20,000 games played and I probably get 1 win for every 5 matches.

I guess my point is that. Once you build up a LU to actually get you into star++ tier, it's still not good enough to compete unlike every other sub tier.

im playing star++ QGs. 3 Spros (CP3, AI and Robinson) + 2 Leg Pros (Pippen and Rodman). 80-90% i won most of the games. just have to choose carefully what card to play every qtr.

Luck of the draw I guess. I rarely run into special star cards, & once I do I just avoid them from there on.

I'm in the same boat. I've never had much trouble with Star++ Currently, I'm running:

PG: SPRO West 50/50
SG: SPRO Pressey 0/50
SF: LPRO George 45/45
PF: SPRO Davis 50/50
C: SPRO Ewing 50/50

I just try to win one of the first three quarters, then save my two other trained Star Pro's for the 4th and 5th. West takes offensive anything, Ewing with Reb vs anything but OFF, Davis for DEF vs anything but OFF. I win about 95% or so.

If i get a playoff Bradley or Isaiah Thomas or Conley or Beal or West or Lowry or DeRozan (or any other card of a player that doesn't even deserve a legendary in my opinion) as playoff freebie, it will go straight to the auction house, i wouldn't even think about it.
