Once you get to Star QG, the grind is just unbelievably brutal (especially if you're like me and don't want to utilize AH to improve your lineup). Feels like about a month in between resets. I'm up to 8 Stars and 4 of them are PGs smh. At this point, I'm hoping to pull something so that I can get to Star+ and somewhat alleviate the grind.

Just hit Star tier for seasons on Sunday and I foolishly started my season (not realizing that the RC had just finished). I'm getting crushed in my season. It's a fight just for me to make the playoffs at this point. Making the playoffs is the difference between 2 legendary cards and 3 uncommon cards at the Star season level so I will be pissed if I don't make it in.

Anyway, rant and vent over lol.

OK so first let me say getting damn sick of these boosts.. 26 clears - 12 rare, 3 enhancements,1 UR and 10 boosts fml..

So I just hit star. I'm getting rogered in my leg season by star pros, HOF, MVP, and PnP cards but oh well.. So trying to build something for Season and RttC use..

My QG lineup is - PG John Wall RC star, SG Klay Thompson Star, SF Larry Nance Epic Pro, PF Zach Randolph leg pro (+55reb enhancements), C L. Aldridge leg pro
Really need some defense in there somewhere.

Other cards by position and rating, I'm not mentioning the epic pros as while useful aren't helping my deck in the future.

PGs: Kyle Lowry leg pro - Arenas Star - and Curry(not xmas),
Westbrook, Rondo(Mavs) and Wall Legendary

SG: Harden and Lance Stephenson Legendary

SF: Lebron(cavs) and Melo (Nuggets)

PF: Another Randolph single, Millsap (white Jersey)

C: Howard and Bogut Legendary

I have approx 5500 credits to play with..

I was thinking of trying to pro Lebron and Melo as they can both fill PF slots in RttC which would give me 4 leg pros at PF - Randolph Aldridge Lebron and Melo - but nothing at Center, and just a couple epic pros at SF. Would obviously also give me 2 leg pros at SF for seasons.

Was also thinking maybe I should try pro Harden and Westbrook which would give me 2 stars and 3 leg pros at PG for RttC, would drop Klay out of QG and he'd be out of position for season, but I can handle that.

I'd like to just forget about the legends and focus star cards, but atm legends are cheaper if I can pro them and provide the quickest benefit.


Any advice is much appreciated..

If you are already in star tier season then you should be aiming for getting stars/starpros than legendaries... a quick quarterfinals exit in your season means you get a star card every 4 days...this is more beneficial for you in the long run.. and i suggest if youre planning to buy from ah, always look for sellers thats willing to do buybacks..

Nothing official, but season ends today, so if we are lucky it'll be out tomorrow or Friday, but my guess is sometime next week.

Yeah I was thinking maybe later this week, then they released those RttC rewards without a Playoff Card... so probably definitely next week. I wouldn't be surprised if they tossed one in the next RC. Figure a much bigger bump profit wise with the first Playoff Card coming in a Rival Clash versus a RttC... so next Wednesday update maybe? It has to be before next weekend because playoff teams can start getting eliminated as early as Saturday April 25th...

Random question, when did the assistant manager boost drop to 100 credits? I just noticed it right now. Always avoided it at 300 since I only needed it for the final games of the season and first round of the playoffs. I like the price now, makes the long season easier to manage.

My new pet peeve: two bots are playing in a season. After losing three games one bot recharges and drags the round out to seven games. Seems to happen every season.

and I saw that happen too, I don't think "Esteban" and "sider88" are bots though

you tanking in the QF's?
