Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Having the most desired cards be rewards for playing ridiculous amounts of games was a bad idea in the first place. There's nobody, except maybe the youngest players on this app, who would rather have any player's card more than the GOAT.
So what do they do? They wall the first star version off behind the absurdly high 80,023 games played ... and then bunch up giving you two star pro versions and an HoF every 5k games from there on. Before that there's a 10k stretch of games between the 2nd UR and the first epic, and another 10k games for the 2nd epic (Really, it takes 25k quick games to get to the point where a Pro Epic would still have any use other than as a vanity item).
Then it's an even more absurd 25,000 games to the first legendary, and another 15k more to pro it (making the Legendary MJ grind the worst offender at 40,000 games... it only takes 20k games from the 2nd Legendary to get to the 2nd Star).
And if you do the math, you need to play 222 games a day, roughly, for an entire year, just to get a single star Jordan card. If you want all the Jordans, add another 55 games a day. And all that just to get you all of them just as the app gets end of lifed in favor of the next one.
The whole handling of MJ in this year's app is atrociously terrible. Only botters or kids are going to have a useable version of him. And really with PO tier coming, the ladder won't even reward a version of him that will be useful for much longer.QG Tier: Legendary++

Those people may just be hoping that some person with a bunch of credits is in a hurry and fat thumbs onto their auction and buys it without realizing it isn't the minimum priced one right next to it.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Do people buy UR Pro and Epic Pro cards? I'm asking for two reasons:
1.) I've got 3 epic pros laying around that no longer even warrant a spot in my RttC lineup, and if people will actually buy them, I'd rather sell them and make a few credits and help someone get up towards Leg tier than toss them into a junk star as feeding fodder that I'll probably end up listing a dozen times and never selling.
2.) I've now got FOUR copies of UR Luol Deng in my "to train for fodder" pile, and two of them have 3 slots, and two of them have 2 slots. I could pro them and do the extra work to level them up and put fully leveled UR pro up ... but would anyone actually buy them? I think like 90% or more of my UR sales are for people buying training fodder ... but maybe people are buying to pro UR cards and improve their deck?QG Tier: Legendary++

So, what now? There is no reason to win Seasons, no reason to play in QG (I'm free player and I don't want to buy any packs, no matter what i have 150k credits now from AH)...RTTC is good, but star card is trash and best card is marketing (you should buy tons of packs to dupe it, RC TOP-25 is unreal for 99,9% of players)..maybe RC TOP-100 is good now, but you should have really much spare time for it..so, it's no fair. I wouldn't start to play if the rules in the beginning would have been the same.Comment

2) UR Pro fully trained are good for sale, but only for min 600 credits (400 after tax and 20 for place at AH), i think it requires too much time for this price.Last edited by Tynianoff; 04-19-2015, 12:39 PM.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
And this is actually my biggest issue with them - they changed a lot of things, they hired new peoples and all that and still I don´t have the feeling that they are really interested in a "real communication" between the community and CD.
If you would start a list, there are tons of issues with this game. They are not able to fix bugs (only if they unfortunately change the drop rates), but still it is working. And they know that exactly - people who spend hundreds of dollars will do this in the future. No matter what the quality of this product is ...Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
There are so many stupid things in this game..but I can forgive it if since start of playing you know main rules..if you want MJ card you should play many games. This is really hard but you have a chance. If you have a good team you can win season and take a great reward. Here's what I knew about the game when I started playing it in September.
