Beeg sent me some great tips before the last RC when I was aiming for top-100. I underestimated the speed at which I would need to sustain my play and as a consequence finished at #154 (I threw in the towel like 30+ hours before the end when I realized I couldn't possibly make up the deficit).

I'd like to get top-25 this coming one, and I was hoping someone who has done top-25 before (but maybe isn't going to this time and won't mind me trying) would be willing to PM me some tips.

My setup is an iPhone 5s and Bluestacks. I have never figured out how I can keep them both going without getting the "account in use" message, but I've seen people say there's a way to like stop at a certain screen which will allow you to immediately go to the screen to select opponent for the next game on another device.

I've got a Kindle Fire HD I can also use to give myself two handheld devices to use on low battery mode (I've been told bluestacks isn't able to match the speed of actual phones/tablets) ... but not sure if it's compatible. My iPad 1st generation unfortunately is not compatible. It still serves the function I purchased it for, so I see no need to buy a new one just because Apple intentionally screws over customers who don't buy into the whole "buy the newest one every 18 months!" culture they're cramming down our throats.

I happen to have this Thursday off so this will be the last time I can try hard on an RC until the semester ends. I'd really love to finish in the top bracket just the once.

my tip is to keep 700-900 points an hour 10k a day. 4-5 hour sleeps. iphone 6+ is by far the fastest processor then any of my devices and I have a lot.

never play on bluestacks that is the slowest way to play this game and it's an emulator.

and all your games "Must be 10pt games" if u wanna be top 25 u gotta cough up the credits. it's no joke. 30-40k in credits depended on how much u grind

I have been watching the Lakers since I was born! (I just happend to be born when they were the best ever (My Dad watched them). This was their worst season ever yet I still watched and cheered them on and found hope in J-Clark. So I don't appreacieat being called a bandwagoner.

assuming you have to drop 40k credits to get top 25 and get a second LBJ...

what're the odds of getting him if you used that 40k and opened 16 PnP packs instead?

And don't forget play with a Stylus! Best tip I got from Syd after going for Hakeem where I fell like my thumb was about to fall off. Then last RC played whole time with a stylus and it felt like heaven.

Probably low. You might get stars but getting that specific LBJ card out of the 34 player pool with Higher Drop Rates for Epic and Legendary you're still gonna need extreme luck and I only needed 28k credits when I got Hakeem Pro when I ran for Top 25 and I scored 37k points so for me I'd rather just go for Top 25 even though I might spend more this time coz I have classes on Thursday this time unlike the time I ran for Top 25 on Hakeem where I was free all day Thursday.

what're the odds of getting him if you used that 40k and opened 16 PnP packs instead?

I'm never buying packs with 3 tiers inside.
and I love to grind 30-40k is fine when u get 2-3 star drop everyday and a bunch of legs and epics to sell u can break even . if I just sit there opening packs and sitting out on top 25 down 40k with a bunch of useless pnp epics no Thx lol

I used around 15k and ended up rank 70 for the RC Pro Carter!

not sure but I think the cut off was 20k? so I dunno you can do the math vs your time you can put into it and how much credit u need to get to 20k

So just play on my iPhone 5S then? My stylus doesn't always register my presses, so I guess I'll practice with it the next couple days. I'll probably sleep like 12 hours and get up an hour or so before the start.

I don't mind the credits ... as you say the 4,000+ games won should yield plenty of stuff to sell, so I won't end up spending nearly as much as I would to get a LeBron pnp via packs, plus I'll get an RC Pro out of it also. That's 2 guaranteed upgrades to help jump to PO faster.
